Casa Spark Santiago Hotel in Santiago

We stayed with family and friends in four separate rooms and all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would happily stay here again. The hotel is in a great location, set in a pleasant neighbourhood close to shops, restaurants, and the metro. The staff were excellent, and the swimming pool was the perfect way to end a hot day. Free parking and breakfast were also included, which was a real bonus. We couldn’t ask for more and would definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel was decent overall, though the rooms are definitely a bit outdated. A couple of the lights in our room didn’t work, and it would have been nice to have a small fridge or a kettle. Breakfast was good, with a good selection of juices, fruits, and pastries. One thing we appreciated was that the property is gated and there’s always a security staff member onsite. The hotel is in a residential area, so it’s a bit of a walk to the center, but we didn’t mind that at all. A simple, comfortable stay with a few areas that could be improved.

Super awesome and inviting
Myself and my party arrived super early 5:30 A.M on Jan 13th
And while we were informed we couldn't check in until 2pm post booking,
we asked the front desk attendant upon our arrival, and they were quickly able to find us a room
This was an absolute life saver along with it being my birthday 🥳
So that just changed everything for us. We were able to sleep and clean up and shower along with a beautiful breakfast buffet
Also we allowed a late checkout
Which again helped out considerably

Excellent staff and facilities

Decent clean and well maintained, reminded me a a premier inn in UK, after a chaotic arrival, found staff to be good, friendly and helpful.

The hotel is nestled on a side street in the bustling Providencia neighborhood - a lovely upscale area of Santiago. The staff are excellent and went the extra mile for us on a number of occasions. Rooms are basic but clean and there's an excellent free breakfast offered. I would definitely stay here again when in Santiago. In 2 weeks in SA we found this to be a top hotel - and it's very reasonably priced !

Well positioned hotel in the Providencia suburb of Santiago. On a leafy street, near the river and parkland with a decent range of restaurants nearby. Friendly staff and a great welcome drink of Pisco sour. Rooms are comfy and clean. The breakfast is tasty and varied

During our stay in Chile we stayed at this hotel on three different occasions for a total of 6 nights. During our first stay on the 6th floor we only had one bedside table. Also the bath was slippery. During our second and third visits we were on the 3rd floor and had two bedside tables and the shower was not so bad. There is a safe and hairdryer in the room. The hotel has a pool which is freezing cold and does provide pool towels on request at reception. There is a bar and a lovely area around the pool to have a drink. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and have a very good standard of English. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choices although on some occasions it took a while for items to be replaced. The hotel is in a good location and for the most part is quiet although on our last night local residents had a party which went on to 4am in the morning.
