Reviews
Have to give a shout out to my main man Martin, concierge. He came through for us BIG when Hertz tried to rip us off on our car rental. He got us all sorted out in 24 hours. Its truly that kind of above and beyond service that leaves a memorable impression. Cant thank him enough
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The bellman Jorge was a highlight, he was joyful, kind and had great suggestions for us.
We felt safe walking the neighbourhood around the hotel.
The hotel’s common spaces are beautifully designed—elegant, welcoming, and full of character. The rooftop bar was a real highlight, serving excellent cocktails and tasty dishes with sweeping views of the city.
Breakfast was another standout. Served à la carte, it made for a great start to each morning, with homemade jams, creamy manjar, fresh-squeezed orange juice, and plenty of other well-prepared options. Throughout our stay, the service was consistently warm, prompt, and attentive.
If there’s one area that could use some attention, it’s the rooms. A few details are starting to feel a bit worn—the carpet looked dated, and there was some mold in the corners of the shower.
Overall a great hotel.
The highlight was the staff. Martin the concierge arranged two private day trips for us and we loved the guides who showed us Valparaiso and the Casablanca wine region and the Cajon de maipo mountains and the Maipo Valley wine area. Every single member of the Singular staff deserves a shout out. They provide old fashioned Service that is very personal and welcoming. They greet you with a smile and no request is too trivial. I wish I could name all the kind people who made our stay so lovely.
The rooftop restaurant and bar offer a great vantage point to see the city.
Everyone on the staff speaks excellent English and very graciously allowed us to practice our Spanish as well. We can't wait to return!

Overall, it is a solid option, but at the price point and the fact that it is a 5 star hotel, it was a bit underwhelming.
Quiet room with comfortable beds. We utilized the gym and the spa; small but had all the equipment for a nice work out. Complementary breakfast was varied and very good. We loved the rooftop pool and terrace dining with a great view over the city. We were kindly allowed a late check out to accommodate our evening flight from the airport.
