DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Santiago - Vitacura in Santiago

DoubleTree by Hilton Santiago is a great place to stay in the Chilean capital, with an excellent location that makes it easy to enjoy the city for both business and leisure. The hotel stands out for its wonderful team — professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to guests. The delicious breakfasts are a great way to start the day, while the excellent cocktails at the bar add even more charm to the experience. All of this is complemented by a wonderful atmosphere — comfortable, relaxed, and truly enjoyable. It is definitely a place worth coming back to.

This hotel is close to shopping centre and in a safe area. There are a lot of fast food downstairs. The room is as per my expectation. It is worth the money.

Great location in the heart of downtown, close to a large shopping center with plenty of restaurants and dining options. The area feels safe and convenient, making it easy to get around. Excellent value for money considering the prime location

Nice hotel and service!

I stayed at the DoubleTree Hotel on Vitacura in Santiago in January 2026. This is a great hotel located conveniently for the Metro (nearest station is less 10minutes walk) and the shopping mall. It is a good place to start exploring Santiago. The room allocated to me was great - had a 2 double beds!. It was clean and comfortable. The AC worked very well. The bathroom was also a good size with a walk in shower (a big plus for me). The hotel has a bar and a restaurant which is busy in the evenings. The staff are very courteous and helpful. A special mention for Felipe at the reception desk who was very helpful in providing information about Santiago and various sites I wanted to visit. Thank you Felipe.

Came back here again after 5days trip to easter island. It is good that they keep the luggages.
Location is just perfect. Three minutes from costanera center and 5 minutes from MUT.

We had an excellent stay at the double tree Hilton in chile. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Gonzalo, he was super helpful and accommodating. Our flight was early morning so the speedy check in was much appreciated, his warmth and kindness put a smile on our tired faces, give that man a raise! Other services were great too. Next time we’re in Santiago we will be staying at the double tree just because of Gonzalo. Thank you very much.

This is a review about room service at the hotel. I can't express how good the food is for room service and I was here and ordered during a holiday (where the service could be less than par). The kid's menu burger looked less than impressive but was very very flavorful. The French fries are great. The Caesar salad is wonderfully impressive, crisp and beautiful lettuce and the chicken once cut up and mixed with the dressing is beyond plentiful. It's wonderful. We didn't receive our bread that's supposed to come with it, which I was actually looking forward to, but I didn't mention it. My kid ate the adult spaghetti with pomodoro while I had the kid's cheeseburger and it was simple but good (I think knowing the prices and quality, a burger or main would've been more impressive). We also got a fresh fruit bowl that was delicious. Very good and reasonable for room service and the prices including fees and tips are worth it vs normal hotels. I'm a diamond member so I understand comparisons.
I got a junior suite King room on the 8th floor, 819 and the room was good. You can hear outside into the hotel easily not outside the hotel room, it was clean, amenities that smell great, the water takes a while to get warm but otherwise good room, in a great location. Front staff is quite amazing. Everyone has been extremely helpful. My daughter also had cheesecake with red sauce from the cafe downstairs and it reminded me of my homemade cheesecake, which is amazing! Couldn't add more pictures as they included us. Great stay!

Staff excellent, noticed my gold status and offered amenities. Spa was not the best, I've had better massages elsewhere for cheaper. Breakfast was varied and buffet style but restaurant gets busy. Food gets refilled fast though. WiFi fast. Water pressure and temperature good. Area safe but slightly quiet on weekends. Rooms depend on which one you get, maintenance could be better. Some sinks drain very slow. AC very good - gets hot for rooms facing the afternoon sun.
