Old hotel. The employees are late every time they need to open the gate to the parking. Breakfast is the worst i had in all my travels, very little food and everything tastes off. Rooms are old but clean, except for the Windows, these are covered in bird poo(seagulls) lobby has old furniture that should have been replaced years ago. We could not use the pool because of maintenance, but i never saw anybody fixin anything. Staff is friendly

A hotel that used to be top-notch, now it's outdated, old-fashioned, with worn and stained carpets, bathrooms straight out of the 90s, a dirty and unfriendly street entrance, and a feeling of insecurity at night.
It was bought by a hotel company; I hope they recover its former standard. I, however, wouldn't return. Another unpleasant and incomprehensible issue: I paid in advance and listed my partner as the primary guest since she would be arriving earlier and could access the room. However, upon arrival, they demanded a deposit for the value of one night, and since she didn't have her card, she had to wait two hours for me. This clearly made the service even worse. A ridiculous requirement when I paid in advance... I don't recommend it.

Good accommodation, old but clean, very friendly staff, what bothered me was that at breakfast they asked me twice on Sunday which room I was in and breakfast was not ready at 8:00 am, but the breakfast was quite good.
I suggest improving the breakfast schedule, starting at 8:00 is too late for those of us who go to work or study on the weekend.

Nice hotel. Good price Spacious and clean rooms Close to points of interest, beach, flower clock, restaurants. Approximately 2 km from the shop. A good option to go for a walk. We had to leave early and they kindly discounted the stay.

The room was small but comfortable. The staff was 100 stars. They went out of their way to help and saved us from a $5,000 scam!!

I was very pleased with this hotel. I originally booked another hotel and when i arrived to vina del mar, they said that they did not have the rasvervation. ******* was excellent with upgrading me to the Gala hotel at no extra charge. The hotel was walking distance to the Vina del Mar music festival and also offered sea views from the room as well as a jacuzzzi tub that I didn't get the opportunity to take advantage of. There was staff at the front desk that were bilingual and they provided me with an iron. The hotel and room was clean, breakfast was included and the room was soacious with a separate sitting area. The only area for improvement would be the decor. The hotel is older and as such the decor is dated but no complaints otherwise.

The hotel is in a very good location, located by the river, surrounded by shopping and dining facilities. It is very convenient and safe. It is only a 10-minute walk away from the tourist hotspot, the seaside. The front desk service was very good and the breakfast was rich.
