I CHECKED OUT ONE DAY EARLIER because I didn’t want to ruin my holidays.
I was in room No. 7 and it was freaking dark which you cannot realise it is day or night and It was just as big as a queen bed. Shower wasn’t clean and there were hairs sticking to the wall and floor.
Room service was not good at all and I even didn’t have towels in my room.
Breakfast was so mediocre and not served on time.
FIY I paid $100 per night for this and they didn’t refund me anything.

Very unique and beautiful experience for good value. Clean rooms, large shower, cozy ambiance, big breakfast and exceptional staff. Alejandro in particular was incredible in making sure we had everything we needed during our stay, thank you!!!

The hotel was nicely decorated like a medieval castle and there was also a dungeon which was very cool. My bed and pillows were comfortable and the air conditioning was good. The staff was friendly and helpful and there was even a cute cat that lives there.

Stayed two nights here. Great location for seeing the sights of Viña del Mar and also getting buses into Valparaiso and the bus station to Santiago. Very quiet and safe neighbourhood. Not really a castle and definitely not medieval but a very nice building with bedrooms separate to the main area. Lovely gardens to relax in at night and use of the restaurant microwave/crockery etc. Staff were very pleasant and we LOVED Martina, the cat. A fun place with a pull bell to get in and also clothes to dress up in if you want a giggle. The ‘medieval’ piped music was also a nice touch. Breakfast is semi outside and with a nice choice of mainly cold food. WiFi was also good as was a/c. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this oasis of tranquility.

After 6 months with a confirmed reservation for 2 rooms, they cancelled it when there were 20 days left until arrival, with the excuse of a credit card error. After speaking with the hotel, they wanted me to book again at double the price of my reservation. Unprofessional. They are not at all trustworthy.

Very kind staff, place is beautiful and they are all in disguise. Food is fine but there is little to eat or drink besides breakfast. A bit noisy at night because the doors sound real loud.
