The hotel is well located just on the Port easy for visiting. The room was surprisingly big but it looked unfinished the floor was loose there was a crack on the wall and the shower head needed desperately descaling. Ricardo receptionist was superb nice staff in housekeeping

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the city center and the cruise terminal, close to a large supermarket, and close to the bus station. The hotel room is spacious, with enough space for luggage. Only one thing should be improved: the shower water is small.

Very very very very dissatisfied, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. In winter, the blanket was a thin layer, there was no spare one, the air conditioner didn't work, I turned on the heating and set it to 26 degrees. Our overall experience was good, the highlight of our stay was the staff. Everyone was extremely kind and friendly! The room was dated, but clean. The hotel has a good location, easy to enter and exit the city by car, without having go through the downtown traffic. It is also close to a subway station.

Everything is good value for money

We had a lovely room overlooking the sea. We particularly liked the rooftop pool and gym facilities as well as the free underground parking. The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful

Vintage hotel, perfect clean and staff was awesome.

Good accommodation, old but clean, very friendly staff, what bothered me was that at breakfast they asked me twice on Sunday which room I was in and breakfast was not ready at 8:00 am, but the breakfast was quite good. I suggest improving the breakfast schedule, starting at 8:00 is too late for those of us who go to work or study on the weekend.

Hotel is very close to Asencion area which is most attractive bars and restaurant area. It takes to get there 10 minutes by walk. They have own parking area if you have rented any car. Also there is very mice terrace that has very nice city view. Helpful and friendly staff.

The hotel was nicely decorated like a medieval castle and there was also a dungeon which was very cool. My bed and pillows were comfortable and the air conditioning was good. The staff was friendly and helpful and there was even a cute cat that lives there.

We planned to stay 5 days in little castle and ended up staying about 2 weeks. Patricio and Ina, the owners, are super friendly, helpfuk and uncomplicated. They recommended us nice activities and had a lot of interesting stories and Information. We would always come back! The room, bathrooms and kitchen were always clean and are well equiped. The room was a little old and worn out (I had mosquitoes flying in the room all night) but the parking space attached to it is ample and precious. Beautiful place, a very old but well-preserved house. What happened to us was that when we closed the curtains, a huge brown recluse spider appeared.
