I enjoyed the Plaza Hotel so much. The rooms are clean spacious and elegant. It has any kind of amenities for the best comfort. The staff didn't speak English but they helped me a lot through Wechat. I loved the waiter -robot going up and down with the lift delivering food in the rooms

Beautiful hotel with the very price, but only things I don’t like is actually people smoking from the reception and I didn’t say the reception people stop the person smoking.

This hotel offered a great deal during the holiday season. I stayed here once over 10 years ago and had a wonderful impression, so I didn't hesitate to book it again. It's a true 5-star hotel, and the breakfast is fantastic with a wide variety of options, including local Chongqing noodles. In the evenings, they even serve a superbly stewed white fungus soup, which is incredibly comforting after a day out exploring and filling up on Chongqing hotpot. The hotel's location is excellent, about a 1.5 km walk from Jiefangbei and Hongyadong, and my room had a lovely river view.

The room was great! We arrived quite early, around 10 AM, due to an early flight, and the front desk called us in advance to let us know there was an available room. We were able to check in immediately, drop off our luggage, and head straight out to explore, which was fantastic.

The room was quite spacious overall. On the first night, I tried a Chinese sweet soup that was mild and delicious, making me feel very comfortable. Many might think the location isn't very convenient, but getting around is actually quite easy; you can just call a ride-hailing service. The hotel is directly connected to an expressway nearby, so there's no waiting at traffic lights, and the ride is smooth, making travel quite efficient.

The hotel's gym and pool facilities are excellent, and the space was a bit larger than expected, perfectly adequate for daily use. I had breakfast here for three consecutive days, and the variety of food was quite rich, generally satisfying different tastes. The overall dining experience was decent.

You can also explore the surrounding area; it's mostly residential, and you can experience the authentic Chongqing local life among the streets and slopes – simple and full of local character. Overall, the hotel has complete facilities, normal service, and a quiet, comfortable environment with no obvious inconveniences. This stay was generally smooth, with an experience that was moderately good. It not only met my accommodation needs but also allowed me to feel the real daily atmosphere of this mountain city, making it a very satisfactory stay.

I booked the Hanwen Hotel for a friend in 2018 and they had a good experience, so I decided to stay there myself this time. The hotel lobby is beautiful, and the bellhops proactively helped with my luggage. The front desk staff were very welcoming and gave me a room on the 22nd floor. The only downside was that the showerhead had very low water pressure and the water had an odd smell, which might be due to Chongqing's high humidity.

The river-view room offers a fantastic night view with no obstructions. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Yuzhong District, making it convenient to get anywhere. The service is great, and anything you need for your room is delivered promptly.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. I originally chose it for a free night's stay using my SPD Bank benefits, and then I extended for two more nights. The breakfast was surprisingly good, with freshly pan-fried steak and freshly made congee. Although the hotel is 11 years old, it has been renovated and is very well-maintained. The service was excellent, from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant staff. At checkout, they even offered a service to send luggage directly to the airport, which allowed us to enjoy our last day without any hassle.

The hotel room also offered a 90-degree view of the Qianximen Bridge and Raffles City. It's just a short taxi ride to popular attractions like Jiefangbei and Guanyinqiao. The room was also very quiet at night, which was great.

Just a small suggestion: it would be even more perfect if they could provide child bed rails.

This is an older star-rated hotel, and while the facilities are a bit dated, the overall experience was still very good. The room was spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and we even received a complimentary sweet soup upon arrival. The service was excellent, and the location is incredibly convenient, being very close to Huanghuayuan Metro Station.

The room was spacious and the location was quite convenient. It was easy to hail a taxi, and Huanghuayuan Metro Station was also nearby, making it easy to get to places like the Three Gorges Museum. The hotel provided complimentary sweet soup upon check-in and a bathtub liner, which was a thoughtful touch. Chongqing has a lot to offer and is a city worth visiting; I'll definitely make time to come back and explore it at a leisurely pace.
