The room was very small, and the air conditioning was not working properly. When I complained, the staff said that since the outside weather was cold, the air conditioner only provides warm air and that this is how the system works. They also refused to change the room, saying nothing could be done.
This was very uncomfortable, especially at night.
The only positive point is the location — if you are a retail clothing shopper, the hotel is close to markets, which is convenient.
However, for general travel, family stay, comfort, or leisure, I do not recommend this hotel.
Unless your only purpose is market shopping, it’s better to book another hotel.
