On my first day, the front desk staff Grace heard that I was overcharged 4 times the normal taxi fare. She communicated with me patiently taught me how to use ride-hailing apps. When I took another taxi later, the front desk proactively confirmed the fare calculation with the driver, giving me complete peace of mind about pricing.
During check-in, staff member, clearly explained all hotel facilities, operating hours, breakfast times, and even carried my luggage to the room while demonstrating room amenities. I was deeply touched when they offered to wash and dry my clothes for me—completely free of charge!
Every staff member was exceptionally polite and professional. The hotel offers incredible value for money, and through this experience, I truly felt the warm hospitality that Chinese culture is famous for." We had a wonderful stay. I will recommend the hotel online. We really appreciate all your help to make our stay the best. We felt as we were at home with you all. For that reason we would like to come back the next time with the rest of my family, to enjoy the wonders of China
