Very satisfied. Convenient location. The service attitude was excellent. The room had a bathtub, which was great for a relaxing soak. Highly recommend! Breakfast was also good, and it was particularly quiet with good soundproofing.

Traveling with my one-year-old, I blindly picked this hotel and it completely exceeded my expectations!

We arrived in Guangzhou late in the evening, and the front desk staff warmly welcomed our family. He was polite and spoke gently. When he found out we hadn't booked breakfast, he even offered us a complimentary breakfast for the next day, which was a lovely surprise.

Since we booked a king room with only one duvet, I requested an extra one for my child, and housekeeping brought it right away.

There are also plenty of great food options nearby, just a short walk with the little one. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from the subway station, which is quite convenient!

I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance; it's great value for money!

I brought my parents to Guangzhou and chose this hotel. The front desk staff were very helpful and promptly met our reasonable requests. Housekeeping replenished amenities daily. There's a Starbucks downstairs, and Da Tong Restaurant and Guangzhou Restaurant are a short walk away, making it convenient for morning tea. My parents were very satisfied with their stay.

Extremely satisfied with the service, which was excellent. The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, and the hotel's location is very convenient, right next to the subway.

Overall, the room was great, and it even came with a bathtub. When I mentioned being worried about noise, the staff thoughtfully brought me an eye mask and earplugs. The service was fantastic! I'd definitely consider staying here again. Honestly, it's great value for money – you get what you pay for. Aside from the TV being a bit tricky to operate, all the other facilities were excellent. I truly recommend it! Plus, there was a mini-bar with soda, which I thought was a nice touch. And when I checked out, the staff even gave me a small gift.

The location was good. There was a Starbucks, convenience store and restaurant downstairs. There were also many restaurants within walking distance.

The lady with glasses at the front desk was very enthusiastic and helpful, and all the hotel staff were warm and provided excellent service. I happened to check in during a busy time and had to wait about fifteen minutes to get my room. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The window faced a road, but the soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any noise from the neighboring rooms or the traffic. My foreign friend, visiting Guangzhou for the first time, had a very pleasant stay. It's also quite close to tourist attractions.

I stayed at Crystal Orange Taojin Hotel for 13 days.
Unfortunately, during my stay, some money from my bag went missing. I have no idea how it happened. The hotel said they would check the security cameras, but there was no result. Later, we reviewed the footage again with the police, yet still no explanation. The staff didn’t show enough concern until the police arrived.

In addition, the door lock in my room was broken, and the door would sometimes remain open, which made me feel unsafe.
There was also water leakage on the walls, and the reception staff barely speak English, so communication was only possible through translation apps.

The beds were clean and the location is good, but because of these negative experiences, I definitely do not recommend this hotel.
