The deluxe king room offers sufficient space for this area, and the cleanliness is generally good. I appreciate the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, and the surrounding greenery is a nice touch. However, there was a strange smell in the hallway, and the bedsheets/duvet cover felt a bit damp. The location was nice and near the attractions, ard 10-15mins walk to the metro, staff friendly and nice. Would have wondered if it would be better if the room could have more light was a bit dim. None the less, great stay!

It is a budge t hotel, don't expect much. Breakfast options were very limited, they were clearly short of staff because the two ladies serving breakfast could not manage to prepare the food in time. They ran out of salad and tomatoes halfway through, The coffee machine broke on the first day of our stay and wasn't fixed so we had to get coffee somewhere else.

The environment is just so-so, and at this price, it's really not worth it. The room was a bit run-down with no repairs, and there was a musty smell. I'd definitely recommend staying at a regular hotel instead; this one is not really recommended!

The room is clean and tidy, with a wet and dry separation design. The large sink is especially convenient for placing toiletries. The hotel is located in the core area of Overseas Chinese Town (OCT), with many restaurants and shops nearby. Next door is OCT Creative Culture Park, a popular spot for influencers. The free parking service is a great bonus in the expensive OCT area. Thumbs up!👍

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, so we had to take a taxi everywhere. The soundproofing in the rooms is terrible; the people upstairs kept dropping things, and we could hear the TV and conversations from the next room very clearly. Overall It's a decent hotel. The location is quite convenient. Free breakfast included. The walking path in front of the hotel is quite spacious.

The decoration is old! It's too noisy. The sound insulation is very poor. The auntie keeps cleaning the room. I can't sleep! The sound of the phone in the corridor is clear! Other hotels don't have this situation!

The front desk is polite, the hygiene is OK, the air conditioning is good, it is next to the main road, the sound insulation is not very good, but everything else is good.
