The deluxe king room offers sufficient space for this area, and the cleanliness is generally good. I appreciate the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, and the surrounding greenery is a nice touch. However, there was a strange smell in the hallway, and the bedsheets/duvet cover felt a bit damp. The soundproofing in the hallway isn't great, and I couldn't completely turn off all the lights when trying to sleep.

The location was nice and near the attractions, ard 10-15mins walk to the metro, staff friendly and nice. Would have wondered if it would be better if the room could have more light was a bit dim. None the less, great stay!

It is a budge t hotel, don't expect much.
Breakfast options were very limited, they were clearly short of staff because the two ladies serving breakfast could not manage to prepare the food in time. They ran out of salad and tomatoes halfway through, The coffee machine broke on the first day of our stay and wasn't fixed so we had to get coffee somewhere else.

The environment is just so-so, and at this price, it's really not worth it. The room was a bit run-down with no repairs, and there was a musty smell. I'd definitely recommend staying at a regular hotel instead; this one is not really recommended!

The room is clean and tidy, with a wet and dry separation design. The large sink is especially convenient for placing toiletries. The hotel is located in the core area of Overseas Chinese Town (OCT), with many restaurants and shops nearby. Next door is OCT Creative Culture Park, a popular spot for influencers. The free parking service is a great bonus in the expensive OCT area. Thumbs up!👍

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, so we had to take a taxi everywhere. The soundproofing in the rooms is terrible; the people upstairs kept dropping things, and we could hear the TV and conversations from the next room very clearly. Even people talking outside on the street were loud. The bed was so hard it made my back ache. From the moment we entered, the hallways and rooms reeked of dampness and mildew, like a basement. The price was over 100 RMB more expensive than other places, and for such a high price, it was absolutely not worth it! This is also the first time I've heard of a hotel charging for laundry. What's even more ridiculous is that the hand soap in the dispenser was just watered-down soap, all suds and no actual soap! All in all, this was the worst hotel experience of our trip, with absolutely no value for money.

The location is good, about a 5-10 minute walk to the subway station. It's right next to a creative park with plenty of restaurants and cafes. The room was quite spacious and the interior was decent. It's also very close to Happy Valley, which was convenient~

Staying here was such a pleasant surprise! It's right in the heart of the creative park, so exploring exhibitions and checking out trendy spots is all within a 5-minute walk – the location is absolutely perfect. The room was compact but super clean, and the bedding was wonderfully soft and comfortable. The front desk lady was incredibly patient and even proactively recommended some cool, less-known cafes nearby. It's fantastic value for money. For a business trip or a short getaway, choosing this place saves you both time and hassle. I've already recommended it to my friends!

This stay was absolutely perfect! As soon as I entered the hotel, the front desk staff greeted me warmly and checked me in quickly. They even gave me thoughtful recommendations for local attractions. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept incredibly well. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were of good quality. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the subway station, and there are many great restaurants nearby. It offers fantastic value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area!
