I have a good stay at this hotel. Check in is smooth and counter staff Anna and Bella are friendly.

The room amenities were good, but the hotel staff's attitude was quite poor. The cleaning staff walked straight into the room with their key card without knocking. The customer service also handled things rather poorly.

Great hotel! It's really close to the airport and the subway. If you're going to the exhibition, there's a rooftop walkway which is super convenient and makes it a short walk.

The only downside! The front desk booked us an ice and snow activity, but I guess they weren't familiar with the process because they arranged a car for us but didn't give us the voucher! This caused us to be stuck outside the scenic area for a long time, unable to get in!
