The room was large and clean. Takeout couldn't be delivered upstairs; you had to pick it up yourself on the first floor. Breakfast selection was limited and average. The washing machine was small. The room itself was nice, but the overall experience was just average.

I stayed at this hotel temporarily due to unforeseen circumstances. I didn't have high expectations, just wanted to make do for one night, but I was lucky enough to find a great hotel with excellent value for money. The facilities and amenities were good, and the service was especially excellent. They tried their best to meet the guests' needs, no wonder it's a preferred hotel for many airline employees. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I come to Zhuhai.

After leaving Macau, I took a 1-hour and 40-minute bus directly from the Gongbei Port to this hotel. The hotel is nice; there's a gym on the 8th floor. Just 200 meters straight ahead and on your right is a night market street with lots of food options—you can ask the front desk. The hotel also has a buffet of freshly sliced beef on the 2nd floor for 79 RMB per person—great value! 👍 The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the room attendants are very welcoming. Many flight attendants and stewards from the airport stay in Block B, while it seems most travelers stay in Block A. I went for a run this morning.

The room environment was generally acceptable, but the window of the assigned room overlooked a private dining room, compromising privacy.

The breakfast was extremely poor; absolutely do not eat breakfast here. The following points are noted:
1. Flies swarmed the tables, raising serious hygiene concerns.

2. Most of the breakfast snacks and meatballs were cold, hard, and leftover from the previous day, not kept warm – very poor quality.

3. The breakfast selection was limited to just a few items; the noodles were watery and bland, even worse than street vendors – very bad.

4. Utensils were left lying around, and chopsticks and spoons were not disinfected, indicating poor service and management.

5. Two children were charged an extra 60+ yuan; the hygiene, quality, and value for money were all extremely poor.

The worst receptionist , super rude and shows an attitude for fellow travelers especially if they are foreigners . 1: I have asked the gentleman that someone is coming to see me , he rudely said you need to come down yourself 2: my delivery food arrived and o had to come down myself to grab it , while I am seeing them helping another Chinese person to buy cigarette and giving it to him all the way to his room. 3: I asked the girl the receptionist to help me call the delivery personal and she didn’t even let me finish my talk and rudely blocked my request saying “ we don’t help clients use our phone “ once I was leaving she was talking bad about me and how my face is saying the word “ this lawai is scary “ the hotel is full of ****** except the aunties who clean the rooms + the security guards . The rest need to go learn how to do hotel business . I am extremely disappointed and will never ever stay at this hell again !
