This stay was an incredibly immersive luxury experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt the unique style and refined elegance that only a top-tier luxury hotel can offer. The overall ambiance was understated yet sophisticated, without being overly ostentatious, but every detail exuded exquisite taste. The spacious design was elegant and refined, with the lighting and soft furnishings perfectly matched, creating a serene and atmospheric feel. The public areas were clean and open, and the brand's quality was evident in every small detail.

The service was absolutely impeccable. Candy was attentive and thoughtful throughout, making me feel truly valued. The concierge staff were graceful, professional, and had a wonderfully gentle and appropriate demeanor. From reception and check-in to room service, they balanced privacy with comfort perfectly, never being intrusive but always meeting my needs precisely. It truly felt like a home away from home – a fantastic experience 💗

Every time I stay at the Andaz Shenzhen Bay, it's only for one night, but that one night is always brightened by Mia's thoughtful service. From her greeting before check-in to her farewell at check-out, she remembers all my preferences – my preferred floor, pillow type, and even my favorite tea. With her around, my one-night stay is always effortless and comfortable. She truly is a gem of a concierge at the Andaz. I'll definitely be looking for Mia on my next visit!

The complimentary minibar was a real highlight, stocked with a good variety of snacks and drinks – no need to worry about going hungry! The bath amenities were Byredo, which was a lovely, unique touch, and they smelled fantastic, like a refreshing cocktail. Candy from the guest services team was incredibly attentive and helpful. Overall, a great stay!

The location is excellent, and the concierge service is outstanding.The only issue is that the water hose in the bathtub is leaking, and it's difficult to adjust the water temperature in the shower.

The hotel is located in Nanshan Talent Park, offering a beautiful and pleasant environment. Right outside the hotel, you'll find the large MixC shopping mall, providing abundant and convenient options for shopping, entertainment, and dining. The hotel rooms blend Nanyang retro style with modern touches, creating a comfortable, cozy, and quiet atmosphere. Miss Chloe, the Hotel Housekeeping Manager, provided professional, prompt, and delightful service, leaving a lasting impression!

I was pleasantly surprised by how suitable the Andaz is for babies! As soon as our butler, Chloe, noticed we had a baby, she quickly helped us with check-in and sent a continuous stream of baby amenities to our room. We received a bottle sterilizer, bottle warmer, baby toiletries, a bed rail, a baby potty, and even some toys. Knowing we'd be preparing formula, she thoughtfully arranged for extra water. To top it all off, she even extended our check-out time, making our trip relaxed and comfortable. With such excellent service, we'll definitely be back! And we'll be sure to ask for Chloe again next time!

Fantastic location and excellent service! They even upgraded our room during the May Day holiday. As soon as we walked in, Chloe warmly greeted us, proactively helped us with check-in, showed us to our room, and explained the hotel facilities. She was so enthusiastic and thoughtful.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a hundred meters from the China Resources Tower and headquarters. It's also right next to MixC. The hotel entrance is discreet, without a prominent logo, making it ideal for guests who value privacy. The decor isn't ostentatious; instead, it has an 'old money' aesthetic, reminiscent of Aman resorts, designed by Tony Chi. The understated design subtly reveals the designer's thoughtful touches, creating a comfortable yet unpretentious atmosphere.

Our butler, Chloe, contacted us the day before check-in to inquire about our itinerary and who would be staying. She thoughtfully prepared snacks and bed rails for the children in advance. She regularly checked in with us, reminding us about the hotel's happy hour and arranging for sweet soup to be delivered to our room as a late-night snack. Chloe was incredibly responsive; any requests we had were promptly communicated to the concierge and housekeeping, and everything we needed was quickly delivered to our room.
