First of all, had an excellent stay at the Park Hyatt over the past 3 days. The service from the moment I got out of the car was superb and felt the warmth and amazing hospitality during the entire trip. Lily (I believe that's her name) from the check-in counter and especially Vivian the GM, who was always at breakfast greeting and talking to the guests.
We had two beautiful rooms, a suite and regular king room and both were excellent with high quality finishings.
The pool was also a big hit with my kids given it was indoor and beautiful.
Highly recommended hotel!

This hotel is stunning, and clean. I really loved the style & the smell. However, the service is lacking - not only in time... (we waited 45 minutes for hot chips & had to cancel a meal after i nearly fell asleep.) but also for a 5 star resort style hotel translation app is a necessity for every request. The food is below par, the breakfast was nice, but every other meal was cold and took 45 minutes to receive. The service is not attentive in the restaurants there is no follow up and efficiency is not a skill they obtain. If you love swimming, keep in mind that this beautiful pool is only accessible to those who wear a swimming cap which is worn by other guests and only rinsed in water between.

Fantastic hotel in Shenzhen. The rooms are extremely nice and large. Service was good, with some English spoke by reception (which for China is a great plus).
Only fault I found the hotel was the breakfast. You had to order the coffee to the waiters, but it always took a long time to be delivered. Actually the last day I left and it had not arrived. I think placing some self serving machines would truly help in terms of performance.

Stayed a week in one of the suites with my wife. The room is everything you'd hope for - clean lines, proper materials, and views that make you forget you're in Futian. Quiet in a way that's hard to find in Shenzhen's CBD. The staff remembered our preferences by day two without being asked, which is really the only metric that matters at this level.
We've done Park Hyatts in other cities and this one holds its own comfortably. Already planning our next stay for whenever we're back in town

As this is a business trip under an invite, I do not know ho ugh the stay costs—but wow, this is as 5-star as it gets! Best bathrooms with heated toilets, best toiletries, best view of Shenzhen from 40+ stories, and tasteful decor of subdued opulence.

Staying at the Park Hyatt Shenzhen definitely ranks it among the top three PH hotels in China. The attention to detail, quality, service, and aesthetics are all truly exceptional. The location is also fantastic, and the nighttime views from the upper floors are stunning.

We made a last-minute decision to stay at the Park Hyatt for the final leg of our Shenzhen trip, and it turned out to be an absolutely brilliant choice, providing a perfect end to our journey. The hotel is nestled in a quiet spot despite being in a bustling area, with sophisticated and understated decor, and a rich, inviting atmosphere. All of this, along with the wonderful, warm, and friendly staff, helped us shake off the dust and fatigue accumulated during our travels. A particularly delightful surprise came when I asked to keep a room key card as a souvenir at check-out. Instead, the staff presented me with a thoughtfully prepared commemorative key card set, adding an extra precious memory to our pleasant trip. Many thanks to all the hotel staff for their gentle and kind hospitality. I will definitely choose the Park Hyatt Shenzhen again if I have the opportunity.

The Park Hyatt is very close to Futian Port, just a ten-minute taxi ride away. It's quite convenient for a shopping trip to Hong Kong. The hotel has a business-like feel and is very quiet. I took a look at the pool; it seemed clean, but my kids didn't get to try it out due to our packed schedule. As for the service, it was pretty standard.

Extremely comfortable. My child loved the Park Hyatt pool on our previous visit, so we chose the Park Hyatt again this time in Shenzhen. The pool water quality was excellent as always. All the staff, especially the ladies in every department, were always smiling. Upon check-in, they thoughtfully gifted my child handmade cookies and a Little Prince picture book. The children's amenities were also high-quality. Everything made us feel very comfortable.
