The most satisfying aspect was the convenient location for getting around. The subway is right outside, and it's easy to catch a taxi. All the places I needed to go were relatively close by.
As for the room, the facilities were a bit old, but for this location and price, it's still pretty good. The cleanliness was alright. The only real downside was the poor soundproofing; there must be a mahjong parlor downstairs because I could faintly hear some noise even with the window closed. Since I'm a good sleeper, it didn't really bother me too much.
Overall, the experience was good.

This hotel is super convenient for business travelers. I booked a night here during my business trip to unwind. During the day, I went for a stroll at Shenzhen Bay Park, soaked up some sun, and just let loose for a day during winter.

Facilities: Great value for money. The family room consists of two spacious rooms.
Environment: Clean and hygienic. The front desk is neat and has a pleasant aroma.
Service: The breakfast is exceptionally good, reflecting the traditional standards of provincial and municipal representative offices. It was a wonderful experience, and I'll definitely come again.

The location is fantastic, right next to the subway station and in the heart of Futian Center, with plenty of dining options nearby. Transportation is incredibly convenient. I really like it and will definitely bring friends next time. Thumbs up!

The hotel is right next to Gangxia Metro Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around – just turn right when you step out. It's close to Futian CBD, the Convention and Exhibition Center, and Excellence Center, so it's quite lively in the evenings. Both the hotel and rooms are very clean, and the staff are warm and attentive. The breakfast offers a good variety of Chinese and Western options, catering to different guest preferences. Also, since we arrived early and our booked room type wasn't available, the front desk staff promptly gave us a free upgrade to another room, for which we are very grateful.

The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to the subway station. You literally step out of the elevator and the hotel is right there! The surrounding area is a foodie's paradise. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were very polite and accommodating. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

The location is excellent. It is just closed to the exit of MTR station. The staffs of receptionist counter and housekeeping are all friendly and helpful.

Our room has been upgraded to a business twin room. We are very happy at first however, when we got inside the room, it has a terrible cigarette smell which I cannot handle. The room light was very dim which made the room feel dark and the aircon was terrible. I immediately inform the front desk, and then she talked to her Manager to ask for approval. And Yes, we were moved to another room which is really great because no smell and very good room light. The breakfast buffet was okay. Highly recommended because the location was very good
