The hotel's location is unbeatable, and the night view is absolutely stunning – that alone makes it worth staying here. On the downside, the hotel facilities are a bit mediocre. The first-floor layout is poor; the elevator faces the door and is very slow, so every time you go upstairs, you have to stand around for a while in a noisy environment. Also, the living space in the room is too large, feeling a bit empty, while the bathroom and walk-in closet are quite small, making them feel a bit cramped. The breakfast is very rich, and the bar's view is incredible. The happy hour and bubble bath service were both fantastic. The staff are all very nice too; although they seem a little inexperienced, that rawness also gives a sense of sincerity.

The views, facilities, and service were all top-notch; the atmosphere was tranquil yet luxurious. The staff were enthusiastic and professional, a special thanks to Nora, Maddy, Kathryn, Evonne, Singer, and Elaine. My experience was absolutely fantastic!

The gym equipment is brand new, the space is bright and tidy, and the professional Technogym machines, along with the wall screens and mirrored design, lend a very modern feel to the workout area.

The hotel's location is also incredibly convenient. Right next door is the beautiful MixC shopping mall, perfect for strolling, shopping, grabbing coffee, and buying fragrances or home decor. The stores pictured, like BYREDO and ST LOUIS, are aesthetically pleasing, making a stay here more than just a hotel experience; it feels like effortlessly indulging in a sophisticated urban lifestyle.

The hotel's butler team deserves the highest praise. A special thank you to Echo, Kathryn, Camilla, Vava, and Riley. Their service was incredibly thoughtful, gentle, and professional. Communication was prompt, responses were detailed, and it felt far from a robotic, process-driven service. Instead, you genuinely felt cared for. Throughout my stay, whether it was for daily needs, reminders, or follow-ups on details, everything was handled reassuringly, significantly enhancing the comfort of my trip.

Overall, the Raffles Hotel is highly recommended for its hardware quality, prime location, surrounding commercial facilities, and exceptional butler service. I will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Shenzhen.

My stay at Raffles Shenzhen was, overall, very satisfying. The hotel is located in Tower 7 of Shenzhen Bay No. 1, and the lobby is on the 34th floor – the Sky Lobby – which offers stunning panoramic views of Shenzhen Bay and Talent Park, perfect for a stroll. It's also conveniently close to MixC World.

When it comes to dining, they pretty much cover every type of cuisine imaginable. The buffet breakfast at Starry Sky on the 34th floor, with its bay view, is a huge plus. The Cantonese food at Yun Jing on the 70th floor is consistently good (the Black Pearl 1-diamond rating is definitely well-deserved). For Japanese cuisine, there's Kokoni. For afternoon tea or drinks, you can choose between the Writers Bar or the Long Bar on the 71st floor for their Shenzhen Sling. And for a quick coffee, the Raffles Patisserie on the first floor is super convenient.

The service deserves a special mention: Naomi followed up on my stay before and after, responding quickly. Nora, Annie, Vava, and Echo helped arrange all the details perfectly. Tio, Levi, and Kris from Concierge were also excellent. Extending my stay for two more days was definitely a good decision! 👍

Howard and Leon at the front desk are the epitome of efficiency and warmth. No matter how busy they are, they always process my check-in or check-out swiftly when I'm in a hurry. Their friendly greeting instantly melts away the fatigue of travel.

Upon entering the room, there's no harsh chemical smell, only the unique, cool, and elegant Oriental fragrance that instantly severs the outside hustle and bustle. On the vanity, the eco-friendly toothbrushes and combs, though simple, are delicate, reflecting the hotel's respect for nature. Every stay here is a journey back to basics. I place my trust in them, and they have never disappointed me.

They even remembered minor preferences I casually mentioned – this 'knowing without asking' attentiveness made me feel incredibly valued. They genuinely treat guests with sincerity, showing no signs of professional fatigue. This commitment to 'heartfelt service' at every touchpoint significantly enhanced my stay. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, spacious with fresh air, almost as if I were outdoors. The attention to detail really shines through. Highly recommend.
