5star hardwarwe, 0 star software. Some Chinese GOs and local staffs here has absolutely no passion toward their job, rude, and impolite. definitely the worst of the 3 ClubMeds I've visited. Thanks to some Taiwanese GOs trying their best to provide what ClubMed is supposed to offet to guests. Otherwise, this place only deserves 1 or 0 stars.
One of the Best Club Med I've done! Great experience. High standing all the way, from the rooms (big, asian decorated, good bed, clean) to the food (nice variety of different region dishes, lots of choice), the big pool with slides, large private beach... But one of Club med best values are all the included activities, shows and staffs or "GOs". All the team, director of the resort (chef de village) included, was very friendly, fun and accessible! We share such great times !
I can only recomand this place! Along our 10 days vacation, its was as good as it can be. There is always small thing that could be done differently, but with the team on place it deserves easily 5 stars!
