Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy.
Service: Attentive and professional.
Breakfast: Ideal for a family trip with two children under 1.3m! My kids loved it so much they didn't want to leave. Great value for money, and plenty of amenities for children.
Surroundings: Approximately 200m in a straight line from Sanya Bay, an easy walk. The commercial area downstairs has everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping, including KFC, Pizza Hut, Hainanese restaurants, a cinema, and a supermarket.
Services: Breakfast and lunch included, served from 7 AM to 11 AM, with a Chinese and Western buffet. There are also two daily shuttle buses (one in the morning, one in the afternoon) to Sanya International Duty-Free City.
Room Types: All rooms are very clean; both twin and king-sized beds are available.
Facilities: Very kid-friendly, with an outdoor heated pool that children absolutely loved.
The breakfast is always the same, the choice is very big but after around 5 days it gets bit boring. The choices of fruits is very nice and we got every second day a present fruit basket.
The hotel has free late checkout if there is space so you can checkout at 2pm and there is free airport transfer.
