Our 2-year-old absolutely loved it! From picking out her own room card and swiping it upon arrival, to swimming every day and riding the mini-train, she had a blast. The food selection was also vast, and the birthday decorations were a wonderful surprise for her. Everything was perfect, she even had trouble adjusting to a new hotel afterwards. Highly recommend for families traveling with kids!

Overall, I'm very satisfied! I have to give a special shout-out to our butler, Nicky. Their service was outstanding, and they were always ready to help with anything we needed.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Sanya Bay was fantastic! As soon as we got out of the car, a staff member helped us with our luggage. We opted for the butler service, and our butler, Gan Duoduo, was amazing – he upgraded our room, proactively asked about our needs, and helped us book activities. All the staff we encountered were incredibly friendly and greeted us warmly. There's so much for kids to do, mostly for free, like go-karts, an indoor playground, cupcake and cookie making, and crab digging. Even the housekeeping auntie was wonderful; she brought something to comfort my crying child. We were very satisfied with this stay and will definitely be back!

Our butler, Jack, upgraded our room. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the rooms are very new. We received two complimentary drinks every day, and the breakfast was very satisfying. The hygiene was also good. Jack provided exceptional service; he was very patient and even gave gifts to the children.

Our 3-day stay at the Sanya Bay Holiday Resort was absolutely fantastic! The kids loved the hotel's pool, go-karts, and little train so much they didn't want to leave.
I also want to give a special shout-out to our butler, COCO! From pre-arrival communication to check-out, she was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. Since we were traveling with elderly parents and children, COCO not only arranged a room with an amazing view for us in advance but also patiently answered all our questions.

The attention to detail here is superb! All the windows are double-paned and sealed, and they even provide noise-canceling earplugs by the bed. Honestly, I'm a very light sleeper, but I slept incredibly well here – no noise disturbances at all (and I even had a room facing the airport!). The mattress was super comfortable; I slept so soundly, and my little one even slept until 9 or 10 AM, haha.
Everyone at the hotel was so welcoming and prioritized the kids' experience and service – the kids are king here! There are lifeguards at every pool who are incredibly vigilant, never taking their eyes off the swimmers for a second. The concierge department was very responsible with package delivery, meticulously logging every item.
Everything for the kids was free. They could play as much as they wanted in the indoor play area, which even had medical staff and disposable socks. My child didn't want to leave and was crying, and the medical staff immediately came over to ask if my child was feeling unwell.
The housekeeping was also spotless. When the cleaners saw my child drinking formula, they provided plenty of bottled water and even showed their identification before starting to clean.

Our butler, Lily, contacted us a day in advance and arranged for children's amenities as requested, including birthday decorations. She also helped us book activities. The kids even got their own special room key cards, which was a nice touch! Our room on the 5th floor of the South building had a great view. The hotel breakfast was quite rich, and there were plenty of activities. We stayed for two days and did baking both days, participated in the crab digging and pool activities, and had unlimited access to go-karts. My child said they want to stay here again next time, they were so happy!

We stayed for two nights and had an excellent experience! Our butler, Nicky, was incredibly attentive and truly went above and beyond. No matter how big or small our requests, she responded promptly and arranged everything perfectly, making our family trip with kids so much easier. The hotel's activities were plentiful; our little one played from morning till night and didn't want to go home.
From the thoughtful butler service to the wide array of children's activities, every detail was satisfying. Next time we visit Sanya, we'll definitely choose this place again and look for Nicky to help us with arrangements!

Extremely satisfied with this stay! The experience was fantastic. We booked for three days, and the kids still didn't want to leave. There were so many fun activities like the pool and go-karts. Plus, they offered a free travel photoshoot, complimentary coffee and dessert, welcome fruits, and a kids' buffet. There's also a free duty-free shuttle bus for pick-up and drop-off. Our butler was incredibly thoughtful, always quick to answer our questions. On our departure day, since we had an early flight, the butler even prepared a packed breakfast for us. Highly recommended!
