The Lihe Wyndham Hotel is in a great location, very close to the airport, making travel super convenient. All the staff are incredibly welcoming, and the breakfast spread is rich and varied. There's even a plaza on the basement floor, which is really handy for dining out. The hotel also boasts a large and beautiful swimming pool, children's play facilities, and a gym. Right next to the hotel beach is the Coconut Dream Corridor, perfect for some lovely photos. I'll definitely be back!

Booked an Elegant Seaview Twin room with my kids, and Susie Tang at the front desk upgraded us to a Premium Seaview room. We also received a welcome fruit basket and a souvenir upon check-in. She frequently checked in to see if we needed anything, which we really appreciated. The drinks in the mini-fridge were complimentary, and the entire hotel was very clean. Not just in the room, but in the mornings, we could see staff cleaning and tidying the pool from our balcony. Cleanliness is especially important for moms traveling with children. The kids' pool is heated, so no worries about cold water. We even hired a coach who was very patient and did a great job teaching our child. The breakfast spread was quite varied, and there was a dedicated kids' dining area. There are plenty of restaurants on the first and second floors, making dining very convenient. In the evenings, there was a singer performing at the lobby bar. We stayed for three days and were overall very satisfied. We'll definitely be back!

We loved our stay. The staff was very outgoing and helpful! The check-in process was easy and quick even though we arrived at 3 a.m. Our kid enjoyed the pool and the playground. The breakfast offers everything one can ask for. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The Wyndham Sanya Lihua experience was fantastic! A special thank you to our butler Monica, whose thoughtful and attentive service made our entire trip easy and enjoyable. The location is convenient. However, the hotel facilities are really old, and it's definitely not worth 1000 yuan.

This is our top choice for a resort hotel in Sanya Bay! The personal butler service was incredibly thoughtful. They called us in advance to chat, and knowing we had a child with us, they specially arranged bed rails and some kids' amenities. When we arrived, they even came to pick us up, just in case we had too much luggage, and prepared passion fruit juice for the little one, which they loved! Overall, the location is quiet and convenient, the hygiene is spotless, and the service is attentive and professional. A fantastic hotel! The breakfast was plentiful, and for the Lantern Festival, they even organized activities like making glutinous rice balls, beachcombing, and mascot interactions. The kids really enjoyed it, making this a highly recommended hotel.

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was warm and attentive. The breakfast was plentiful, and the food court right downstairs had delicious Zao Po Cu hotpot, which we enjoyed multiple times. The front desk staff were very responsible and thoughtful; they even offered us a late checkout today because of the rain. So considerate!

The hotel is fully equipped, and there's even a kids' club with activities like crafts, beachcombing, and games. The buffet dinner was delicious and came with live music. Our butler, Jason, was as nice as ever, always responding and handling things promptly 👍🏻. Next time I bring my family, I'll definitely choose this place again.

Our butler, Sunset Collector, was fantastic—very enthusiastic and responsive. They even brought our takeout orders directly to our room. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. The kids' play area was incredibly well-equipped with tons of activities. On our departure day, we had an early flight, and they even packed breakfast for us. Honestly, this is the best family-friendly hotel we've stayed at in Sanya; my daughter didn't want to leave! We'll definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Sanya.

An absolutely wonderful family hotel stay! We chose this hotel as our first stop in Sanya, and it was a fantastic decision. The hotel provided an incredibly attentive butler named Peter. He contacted me before our arrival and took care of everything in advance, showing great thoughtfulness. Since we were traveling with children, he considered and resolved all our needs, including toys, extra water, and the environment of our floor. I give Butler Peter's service ten stars! 🌟 This will definitely be our go-to hotel whenever we visit Sanya again.
