Location: Near Hankou Station, close to the airport, and very convenient for transport!
Facilities: They have a gym, swimming pool, and laundry room, all well-equipped. The internet is super fast!
Cleanliness: Spotless, neat, and comfortable!
Service: Professional and efficient. The lady with no bangs at the front desk was very responsive and helpful! A very satisfying stay, highly recommended for business travelers.

Location: Conveniently located near Hankou Railway Station, making it easy to get around!
Cleanliness: Really clean! The bathroom mirror and faucet had no water stains, which my OCD self greatly appreciated.
Facilities: The hotel has a gym, a heated pool, and a self-service laundry room – absolutely amazing!
Service: I have to give a special shout-out to the front desk lady with no bangs! Her smile was perfect, she checked me in super fast, and even brought me welcome fruit. Who understands this feeling of being 'spoiled'?!
An absolutely heavenly hotel with a perfect experience. I'll definitely come back next time and highly recommend it to everyone!

This hotel offers great value for money. It's incredibly convenient for getting to the airport, train station, subway, and highways. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms are spacious, and it even has a gym and a swimming pool, all for a reasonable price.

The room is well-equipped, making for a great stay. The mattress is comfortable, and the bathroom has a wet/dry separation which is convenient for washing up. The curly-haired young lady provided excellent service.

What a Fantastic Stay! After searching for an emergency rebooking, we found the reviews for the Yun Hotel to be promising. This hotel matched luxury with price. Our Queen Deluxe Suite was on a high floor and came with a separate soaking tub. The staff at the Yun went above and beyond with accommodations! From checking in to helping with our very complicated ******* order. They also speak very good English, which helped tremendously with my so so Chinese.

The room also came with a daily breakfast buffet that was superb! Wuhan’s famous hot noodles were made fresh every morning along with fresh eggs, meats, stir fry, fruits, and pastries! We were very satisfied and we will be back for another stay in Wuhan 🫰🏻

This is a fairly new hotel and the Hankou location was optimal for me. A similar hotel in the USA would cost twice as much. My room on the 22nd floor was far above the street and thus insulated from the noisy traffic and construction below. Breakfast was good, including both Chinese and Western items such as bacon. Only western guests seem to eat the latter, but the cooks don't realize such guests prefer crispy bacon rather than undercooked bacon.

My parents weren’t allowed to have access to the breakfast room despite having booked it and paid for it. They were asked to pay for it a 2nd time which doesn’t make sense
It’s the first time I have seen this in a hotel and probably the last. This experience alone deserve a bad rating but the rest wasn’t bad.
