The two-bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. Located right on Jianghan Road, it was super lively outside but surprisingly quiet thanks to excellent soundproofing. The bathroom was large, and there was plenty of hot water. The staff, both the young men and women, were incredibly polite, warm, and always smiling. Overall, I was very satisfied. It would be even more perfect if the room had a few more cozy little touches!

The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was quite good. The service was excellent, and they unexpectedly upgraded my room, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location is also great, right next to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, with convenient public transportation making it easy to get to all the tourist spots.

The location is absolutely fantastic, though it gets a bit busy at night with traffic. The area is lively and has plenty of late-night food options. When checking out, the front desk even gave us two bowls of hot dry noodles as a souvenir!

Family trip for May Day holiday! The hotel is right in the pedestrian street, with a McDonald's and Starbucks downstairs, plus an anime store and Haidilao Hotpot just across the street! It's super, super crowded though! Getting a car to the hotel entrance is really difficult because the road is so narrow and jammed. We usually had to walk a few hundred meters to the main road just to get picked up or dropped off. Every day after exploring, we'd get dropped off nearby and have to walk that few hundred meters back to the hotel. The street in front of the hotel is extremely narrow, just a single lane. By the 4th, during the return rush hour, the traffic wasn't as bad!

Came to Wuhan for the May Day holiday, only to be utterly disappointed! Stayed at this hotel right by the bustling Jianghan Road. The room rate (around 1500 RMB) definitely didn't match the basic services provided!

When checking in, I repeatedly emphasized that I wanted a quiet room. The young man at the front desk assured me that all rooms were quiet. I thought, 'Great!' But when we settled in that evening, the first half of the night was filled with a cacophony of human voices, traffic noise, and general hubbub. I hoped it would quiet down later, but the second half of the night was even worse – electric scooters zooming by, vendors shouting, car horns blaring. It felt like I was trying to sleep in the middle of a bustling street. There was no other option; I spent the latter half of the night covering my child's ears to help her sleep. I immediately messaged the hotel on the platform about the situation and cancelled the second night's stay, booking another hotel that very night.

After a sleepless night, I checked out first thing in the morning. When I brought up the issue with the front desk, the staff member seemed impatient and asked why I hadn't contacted them in the middle of the night. This implies that there *were* quieter rooms available in the hotel – so why weren't we assigned one initially? (We had assumed all rooms were booked out for the May Day holiday.) The reason I'm writing this review today is because that young man clearly wasn't considering the customer's needs! It turns out there *were* other rooms, but they just didn't assign one to us, or perhaps this hotel treats its customers differently.

My good impression of Wuhan was severely diminished because of this hotel.

The hotel's location is great, with convenient transportation and many attractions nearby. The airport shuttle is easily accessible from both the airport and Hankou Railway Station. Jianghan Road commercial district is just downstairs. The room was reasonably clean and tidy, but the soundproofing was terrible, even worse after the renovation. They promised a free room upgrade, but it never happened. When I checked in, they said the procedures were done but the room wasn't ready until the evening. When I went back for the key card in the evening, they asked for my personal information again to check in. Before I even left the front desk, they asked for my phone number again. Unbelievable service! For breakfast, there was only one coffee machine, leading to long queues for coffee (and it was broken the day before too).

The location is fantastic, right near Jianghan Road. Right across from the hotel is a Heytea store. It's super convenient for visiting both Hankou Beach and Xian'anfang. The transportation is also excellent. The service attitude is wonderful too. I highly recommend staying here; I'll definitely come back next time! 😊

The hotel's location is excellent. I've never slept so well in my life; the bed was incredibly comfortable. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely book here again next time. It's also super convenient for exploring nearby attractions. I genuinely recommend it!
