The overall experience is over above our expectation. Staffs are nice, accommodating and friendly, and are readily to help...worth the money you spent...will stay if come back again.

Room is good. Super good for location, go to shopping mall on the 4th floor is very convenient. Supermarket on the 1st floor and metro. Many restaurants nearby , no need to leave the building. Service is good. 24 hours gym is a plus. Donggang just nearby . Very good view from the room. 2 bottles of water per day. Capsule machine

We look forward to returning again next year! The hotel is very thoughtful. We arrived on a night where it was raining really hard. They had someone outside with an umbrella to walk guests in and helped with luggages. This is a gesture I haven’t seen any hotels do. Doris our housekeeper was excellent. She’s so friendly and down to earth we loved seeing her in the hallways.

I truly enjoyed this hotel. It was so clean and immaculate. For just my son and I traveling to Dalian it was a great option. The location was perfect, super close to the beach and this amazing street that was so lit up at night. The view from the hotel was incredible. I would definitely stay there again. All the staff were so warm and inviting.

I spent a wonderful 4 days in Dalian, and even though the weather wasn't ideal, staying at this hotel significantly elevated my impression of the city.

1. The hotel boasts an excellent location. It's conveniently close to the Oriental Venice Water City, and there's a shopping mall right downstairs with direct access from the hotel, making dining incredibly easy. A unique feature is their robot delivery service for takeout orders, which guarantees both guest safety and prompt delivery.

2. On the day of our check-in, we arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning due to a flight delay. However, the front desk staff member who handled our check-in was incredibly warm, attentive, and efficient. Their thoughtful and speedy service helped us shake off a lot of the exhaustion from the flight delay, and we are truly grateful for it!

The two-bedroom suite was perfect for our family of three adults. The room itself was spacious, bright, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The service was incredibly thoughtful! The dining table, which also served as a desk, was very practical. Having a Siemens washer-dryer combo, microwave, and a full set of tableware made our stay incredibly convenient. With a supermarket just downstairs where we could easily pick up laundry detergent, doing laundry daily was a breeze. The hotel's amenities, including the swimming pool, billiards room, and gym, were excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the delicious Japanese cuisine at the restaurant. The subway station is conveniently located right outside to the right, and a ten-minute walk straight ahead takes you to the scenic Donggang Fountain by the sea. Our few days of vacation here were truly relaxing and enjoyable. Dalian is a truly wonderful city, and the Donggang area is particularly pleasant. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit. Thank you!

Unable to secure a twin room at the Four Seasons, and with our elderly family members specifically requiring separate beds, we instead booked Fraser Suites' largest three-bedroom apartment.

We were assigned to the 21st floor (out of 25, a minor disappointment as it wasn't one of the top two floors). The apartment featured an L-shaped layout, which felt a bit unusual. The master bedroom had a king bed, while the other two bedrooms had a queen bed and two single beds, respectively. Without floor-to-ceiling windows, the visual impression of space felt a little constricted.

The layout of the living and dining areas wasn't ideal and could benefit from an upgrade or rearrangement. The open-plan kitchen was tastefully designed, and both a washing machine and dryer were conveniently located next to the fridge. However, the range hood's ventilation wasn't very effective.

The use of Villeroy & Boch and Hansgrohe for bathroom fixtures suggests a relatively high investment in the property's hardware.

We had requested mouthwash and a variety of pillows during booking, and thankfully, these requests were eventually met, partly due to the booking platform's coordination.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, offering a perfect balance of softness and support – a truly unexpected highlight.

The swimming pool was the most satisfying feature. The water temperature was a bit on the cool side, and while its length was acceptable, it was rather narrow. The depth, ranging from 0.9m to 1.5m, was fine, though I did graze my toe on the pool floor in the shallowest section. The changing rooms were excellent, complete with hot and cold plunge pools and both wet and dry saunas. Plus, they had Dyson hairdryers, which were far superior to the ones in the apartment.

**Points for improvement:**

1. The toothpaste provided was Meijianjing, which seemed out of place for a hotel of this caliber.
2. After checking in, we discovered there was only one hairdryer for three bedrooms. Furthermore, it was one of those models that require you to continuously hold down the handle to operate – a type I'd never encountered before. After calling room service, they simply provided another identical, awkward hairdryer. Why not the Dyson ones found in the gym changing rooms?
3. The toilet paper was incredibly thin and rather rough. For a property of this standard, one would expect at least Kleenex-quality tissue.
4. The living room television was too small and had poor picture quality; it definitely needs an upgrade.
5. There weren't enough waste bins, and their placement was inconvenient.
6. Out of the three bathrooms, only the master bathroom featured a non-standalone bathtub, which was awkwardly placed inside the shower cubicle, making it very inconvenient to use. What's more, there was a small, completely empty room right next to it with no facilities at all.
7. The wardrobe hangers were not suitable for delicate clothing, as there were no padded or silk hangers provided.

Overall, while it offers excellent value for money, it doesn't quite qualify as a luxury hotel apartment, falling more into the category of an entry-level five-star property like a Shangri-La or Hilton.

The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk from the East Harbor area. With a large shopping mall right downstairs, dining and shopping were incredibly convenient. A subway station for main line 2 is right outside the door. The room and the view were both excellent. The housekeeping staff on our floor were also very friendly and attentive every day. The only downside was the limited breakfast selection, but otherwise, everything was great.

The room was really spacious, and the location was super convenient with plenty of great dining options and attractions all within easy reach. It was spotlessly clean, which made it perfect for our family trip. The service was excellent, with a remarkable attention to detail; for example, after we mentioned our train schedule, they proactively offered us a flexible late check-out. The pool was lovely, and being near the end of the summer holiday, it was quite quiet. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Dalian.
