The room and environment felt more like a business hotel. Honestly, it wasn't as good as places like Lavande or Atour, and certainly didn't live up to its 5-star or Pullman name. Parking was also very limited. The service attitude was quite poor as well. Breakfast ended at 10:30 AM, and when I went with my child around 10:15 AM, it was the first time in all my years of traveling with a child that my child was scrutinized like a thief over headcounts for breakfast. Most hotels don't count children, but this one eyed us suspiciously, which was really mean. I also noticed they deliberately didn't provide cutlery for my child. When I shared some food with my child, the manager immediately came over to confirm who was actually eating breakfast. In all my years of traveling with my child, I've never been treated so rudely. In the end, I didn't eat a single bite. I asked if I could at least have some coffee, and the manager (who I assume was in charge of breakfast) confirmed twice if I was *only* having coffee?! If I had known they'd have such an attitude, I wouldn't have eaten breakfast even if it was free. It ruined my mood for the whole day. Frankly, the service attitude from the front desk to breakfast was consistently bad. It's one of the worst experiences I've had in all my years of traveling in Asia.

The hotel's location is quite good, and the service was excellent. They even thoughtfully upgraded our room type. The room was spacious, cozy, and comfortable. A great experience, I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. Before checking in, I received a call from Emily who carefully asked about my needs, and during my stay, she helped me resolve everything I needed. The lobby upon entering was very bright, and indeed, there were a lot of people during the May Day holiday. The location is excellent, making travel convenient, with Qiqi Street, a plaza, and a park right nearby. The staff were also responsive to my requests. Although the hotel is a bit older, it's well-maintained, and the five-star service quality is definitely there. I would consider staying here again next time.

The hotel is very close to Qingniwa commercial district, making it convenient for getting around. The staff, Emily, called in advance to understand my needs. Overall, my stay was good; she was very polite, and the facilities were well-equipped.

The former Kempinski, now Pullman, still maintains its excellent service. The staff are all very friendly and the breakfast is quite extensive. It truly upholds the reputation of an established five-star hotel.

Vicky was truly exceptional! She proactively sent dining information before our arrival and was always available to answer any questions. 😊 The room was spotless and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, taking care of every detail. We felt completely at ease and safe during our stay. 👍👍

i loved that i could open my window for fresh air, i loved that i could take a bath comfortably, the pillows were massive, staff were polite and friendly and efficient, I'll definitely stay again

The front desk staff, Arlee, provided excellent service. The environment was great, and I felt very comfortable during my stay. There were no strange odors in the room, and both the bathroom and the room itself were thoroughly cleaned. I'm very impressed and will definitely be back.

The lobby manager, Emily, provided excellent service. She was responsive and quick to follow up on any requests. Even though the hotel is a bit older, the facilities are quite comprehensive, which makes it a great choice for most guests. I was very satisfied with my stay.
