I was booking in wrong date and second day I come to check in they can’t found my booking I try to let them refund half or give me discounts! They didn’t help at all! It’s was bad experience with customer services and hotel policy!

We had great experience staying at Sky City Marriott! We were running late returning to the hotel as the traffic was bad with the heavy rain. The hotel staff were all very friendly and understood the situation and let us have a late check-out. Thank you!

This is a perfect hotel for attending concerts. There's a direct, covered walkway from the Airport Express station right to the hotel. The cleanliness was excellent. I'd recommend having breakfast at the hotel, as the Starbucks in the exhibition hall doesn't open in the mornings. The door staff, especially the bellboys, were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting with luggage and even communicating with taxi drivers – truly commendable! All the service staff I encountered were friendly and professional.

We landed late at night and so booked this as we were heading to disneyland the next day. Room is decent. My deal had the kids stay for free but they could not include breakfast for them. It would be good to include as there were no shops selling food nearby. In the end it was cheaper to order food delivery.

I had a very comfortable stay at Hong Kong SkyCity Marriott before my flight. The room was clean, quiet, and well-equipped, allowing me to relax fully. The hotel’s free airport shuttle was convenient, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Overall, a great place to rest before a long journey!

Had crab buffet. Chili crab was terrible... Rest crabs were tasteless. Snow crabs were better but the meat was not fresh tasting -perhaos the chef bought old inventory...Laksa was terrible. This hotel is an airport hotel. They should expect their travellers to know about Singapore chili crab or Laksa. Also had promotion which they had a difficult time honoring. Definite one star experience.

Tried their buffet dinner. Not many choices of food that I wanna try. Except the oysters and sashimi. The oysters r creamy but make sure you dun eat too much. Sashimi is great. The cheese selection is disappointing tho. Serving cheddar cheese?! Come on... dessert wise, they have hegan daz, cakes and pandas pancake.

Environment was nice and the food good but for a buffet there wasn't a lot of choices. There are many better hotel buffets in Hong Kong.

We had dinner here before a late night flight, ordered from the menu. The menu was very similar to the in room dining menu which was good. Service was quick and friendly.
