Had a wonderful experience staying there. The staffs were super friendly and the room was good enough for what i paid. I will surely recommend this guesthouse to people with budget and travelling.

If you're looking for that cheap backpackers place, just a place to spend the night in and take a warm bath, and then leave in the morning, this place is for you. The place is adequate for your needs, has a bed with comforters, a small toilet and bathroom, airconditioned, free coffee, accommodating reception, but the room is really small. It really is just a place to spend the night in. Place is located inside Chungking Mansion, so expect it to be jampacked full of people at anytime of the day. Good thing is the place is close to a lot, food, shopping, a mall, literally a ton of things to do which are all near the place. Plus the area is located in Nathan Road, and near the MTR, making it easy to travel anywhere. Busses are also quite accessible from this place, even a bus route going to the airport (A21).

The environment is very bad. There were black people waiting when I got on the elevator. I couldn't contact the store. I could already feel the environment was very bad in the aisle. There was a strong smell. I dare not stay here.

(Avoid pitfalls, avoid pitfalls, avoid pitfalls.) Before booking a room, everyone should open their eyes. You cannot refund after booking! You cannot refund! You cannot refund! I placed an order at around 8pm on April 30th, and booked for May 1st to 3rd. Then I saw the reviews were too bad, and the environment was also bad. At 9pm, I applied for a refund, but the merchant refused to refund me within an hour. It cost more than 1,600 yuan for two days. I communicated with the store in Mandarin, but he spoke Cantonese and English at times, but he refused to refund me! Communication with Ctrip was fruitless!

This was a terrible hotel experience. We waited for nearly an hour in the middle of the night before we were able to check in. The two 1.2-meter beds were replaced with two 1.2+1-meter beds. The boss also asked us to check out early (9 o'clock). The air conditioner was dripping outside the window, making it difficult to fall asleep. It said there were only towels but toiletries.

Very dirty, no staff who can speak Chinese, I searched for Chongqing Mansion and looked at the pictures, and the room I booked was completely different

Rooms are a bit cramped, but the hosts were very accommodating and helpful. We were just a bit disappointed that they suddenly transferred all our things without letting us know. We booked a double room instead of the twin room on our last night, but they could have told us ahead that we had to move out.

Miss Anuka (apparent owner) is quite pleasant but she is very shrewd. Rooms are dated and building is ugly and unsafe. It takes forever to get up to the 11 floor. Lifts are forever occupied by people doing illicit trade in the building...

i booked a room for 5 and when i came to the guesthouse they gave us another room which is not the same as what we booked bcause they said there is another person in our room and we have to check in the next day for the room but the problem here is the indian man cannot communicate well in english so there is a lot of misunderstanding.. and he opened our room while we were sleeping and this considered a bit rude because its still not the time for us to checked out yet..my suggestion is if you guys wanna stay in kowloon better check in another guesthouse..btw thankyou Kowloon Tst Guesthouse for your 'service'.

Great food, excellent & Super fast service, good ambience, decent music gelling with ambience.. The desert taste & presentation was really impressive!
What particularly impressed me, was that the manager, who saw us viewing the menu, noticing that am Indian, might have a possibility of being vegetarian, and so promptly suggested about the vegetarian options as well.
All in all, I had a great experience & would certainly return.

Service, for the most part, was great. The manager and our server were lovely. The food is a bit average though, unfortunately. The Parma pizza was constructed very oddly so the rocket was all in a pile in the middle under the ham so it was quite soggy and difficult to cut/eat. Seemed like a bit too many ingredients for the base. The cannelloni was not really well-seasoned and kind of bland. All you could taste was the wine really.

We enjoyed ourself immensely. The food was excellent, service was first class. Gazi, the manager, was a very charming man who was very hospitable. We will come here every time we come to hongkong.

Seems like a nice place at first, but then:
You have to wait for seats.
The order takes a while to get to the table. Water is dripping from the ceiling onto you or your plate.
The beef (dish n.1) is plastic like.
The dish n.2 is called spicy but none of us were able to eat it, and the noodles were cold (yes the dish is supposed to be cold, but it was freezing), and they refused to warm it up a little.
So you pay 80$HK for a dish were you can only eat the dumplings (which were good and warm by the way).
Very disappointed by the food, and even more by how the employees reacted (they just laughed at us because we couldn't eat the entire plate).

Long waiting time during lunch. When I go inside the smell like a stink bomb here, noodles taste is worse than 5 years ago as well as the service, a bit disappointed ?

The tomato soup based udon was not rich, but still ok. I would prefer going to some other udon places to get the tomato soup based udon. The beef appetizer is pretty good on the other hand. Love their idea of putting a pig head fish cake to the udon to add some cuteness lol

Hot udon is good, but used to be better before. Soup is tasty though a bit oily. Snacks are just of normal standard.
