PuSu Zen Collection Hotel Xian in Xi'an

Nice hotel close to the city wall of Xi'an. The rooms were clean and cozy. The breakfast was a bit disappointing and overpriced for what it was. Overall we would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is super close to the city wall and the South Gate night and morning markets. Popular attractions are also within a 20-minute bike ride 🚲, making it a perfect spot that's lively yet quiet. There are plenty of bars and snacks downstairs, but no noise. The room is elegant, tall, and spacious, with a small balcony and tea room, perfect for relaxing, drinking tea, and chatting. Outside the window, you can see the city wall and the night view. The hotel isn't tall and has its own open-air garden, which is lovely. The elevator makes it wheelchair-friendly, so it's also suitable for older guests. The staff are quiet but very enthusiastic and resolve any issues promptly. Highly recommend!

Our stay with friends this time was absolutely fantastic! First off, the room. We booked a room with two double beds, and it was incredibly spacious. The beds were generously sized, so my friend and I each had plenty of room – no crowding whatsoever. They were super soft and comfy, perfect for unwinding after a long day; we just melted into them. What surprised us even more was how well-equipped the room was, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of.

During check-in, the front desk attendant was incredibly kind and gentle. When she learned we preferred fresh scents, she proactively offered to complimentary diffuse an aroma in our room. The subtle, pleasant fragrance instantly filled the air, lifting our spirits.

The hotel's decor was very stylish too; both the lobby and hallways had a strong sense of design, making every corner Instagram-worthy.

The biggest surprise was definitely the 5th-floor terrace! In the evening, my friends and I brought up some drinks and enjoyed a few sips while feeling the gentle breeze. The lighting created the perfect ambiance, and chatting there was just incredibly relaxing and pleasant.

And the location? Absolutely unbeatable! It's right by the Xiaonanmen Morning Market, so waking up, we could stroll a few steps and indulge in authentic local breakfasts like Hu La Tang and Rou Jia Mo. For foodies like us, it was pure heaven!

From the exceptional service and delightful ambiance to the perfect location, we honestly couldn't find a single fault. My friends and I had such a wonderful time that we've already added this hotel to our favorites, and we'll definitely be staying here again on our next visit!

Fantastic hotel. Staff so friendly and helpful. Just lovely. Had a room with balcony looking at the wall, lovely spot to relax. Morning market was fantastic, just a 50 Metrewalk away. Proximity to the wall and eateries is terrific. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. We will definetly be going back. Thank you so much for such a wonderful few days

I absolutely loved the bed in our room! Check-in at the front desk was very quick. As a family of three, we were a bit worried the bed might not be big enough, but the lovely lady at the front desk immediately offered to have housekeeping prepare the bed and even provided an extra duvet for us. This thoughtful gesture really touched us, and we had a wonderfully comfortable night's sleep. Despite our room being close to the city wall and near Xiaonanmen, it was incredibly quiet. The hotel's double-glazed windows effectively blocked out all outside noise, ensuring a peaceful stay. My child absolutely loved the bunnies on the fifth floor of the hotel – it's a shame we didn't get any photos! He even said he wants to come back and stay here when he grows up, he didn't want to leave!

The room decor was genuinely nice, and it's a pet-friendly hotel. However, being right next to a bar street meant the windows provided zero soundproofing, making it incredibly noisy. We could still hear loud thumping sounds well past midnight! On top of that, during my summer visit, the shower water wasn't hot, which unfortunately resulted in me catching a cold.

The hotel is ideally located, right by the city wall. Step outside and you're immediately at the Xiaonanmen morning market, which is incredibly convenient. It's super easy to get around to any destination. Most importantly, it's pet-friendly. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Xi'an.

Location is hard to find for some drivers. Location is right beside the entrance of the gantry to get to the top of the old City wall for your cycling etc. the street itself is bustling with bars and supper places at night. It is slightly further away from the main attraction area. Room is ok. I saw some strands of hair on the sitting chairs which I don’t normally sit. So that is ok. Bed and shower room are clean. 2 occasion I smell cigarette smoke that leaked into the room, likely through ventilator or Aircon. Called the staff and they kindly lit an incense to make it better. Overall stay is ok.
