It was raining non-stop in Xi'an during my stay, so the bedding felt a bit damp. Other than that, everything else was great, both the service and facilities were excellent, and the location was very convenient for getting around.

Good, although the carpet was a bit dirty and the bed (two 1.10m beds pushed together) had slightly noticeable springs. Very spacious room. The hotel is centrally located, very close to the Bell Tower and a subway station. Downstairs, there's a bustling night market with all sorts of delicious snacks. Parking is free, but the entrance/exit was a bit hard to find. I had to call the front desk and navigate to a different spot to finally get there.

The room is quite spacious and warm, but the central air conditioning is extremely loud; the buzzing kept me from sleeping. I'd recommend bringing earplugs. I had to wear industrial-grade noise-canceling headphones to get any sleep. Everything else was fine, but the AC noise was just too much. It gets cold without it, so I had to put up with it.
