I stayed for four days and had a great experience. Even though it's an older hotel, and the decor is a bit dated, it's clear they've renovated it. They've put up new wallpaper and such. It was clean and hygienic. The staff were also very warm and responsible. Plus, it's right next to Sajinqiao subway station and the night market. If I get the chance to visit Xi'an again, I'll definitely choose this...

The room was great, and right downstairs there's a food street. The breakfast selection was rich and varied. However, there was one chef at the pancake station who was quite uncooperative; my food was cold, and he refused to make a fresh one when I asked. I'd like to file a complaint about that individual. Everything else was very good.

Room is spacious and staffs were very friendly. Housekeeping tidy your bed and replaced your toothbrush everyday. Water were replenished daily too. Great hotel to stay as it was near to most attractions.

I usually book Mercure hotels whenever I travel, and I always go for the Privilege room. The Privilege room in Xi'an was truly massive! The service, breakfast, and cleanliness were excellent, as always.

Tooyo Hotel located in the Lian Hu district was a cozy place to stay and easy access to the railway stations. Nearby regions full of restaurants and shops. Highly recommended! WT

The location is very convenient for visiting scenic spots and dining and shopping in Xi'an. There is a parking lot for parking. The front desk service attitude is good. The hotel room is relatively old and clean, but the bathroom is not completely separated from wet and dry areas and there is water all over the floor after taking a shower.

The owner was very kind and had a great attitude. However, the facilities are a bit old, probably because it's been open for a few years. The room was a bit cold, but there was an electric blanket, so it was fine once I was in bed. The price was cheap though, so it wasn't a big deal, and the location was excellent.

Hostel was very hard to find and had a keycard system which was challenging for backpackers - but once in, the staff were attentive and friendly.
