I've stayed here multiple times. The hotel environment is great, parking is convenient, it's clean, and the service attitude is excellent.

Room is spacious and staffs were very friendly. Housekeeping tidy your bed and replaced your toothbrush everyday. Water were replenished daily too. Great hotel to stay as it was near to most attractions.

I usually book Mercure hotels whenever I travel, and I always go for the Privilege room. The Privilege room in Xi'an was truly massive! The service, breakfast, and cleanliness were excellent, as always.

The hotel's location is pretty good, about a 10-15 minute walk to the Bell Tower, which is quite convenient.

Ideally placed hotel if you’re staying in Xi’an. Situated on the roundabout opposite the Xian Bell Tower. Hotel has large spacious lobby with friendly and efficient staff. There is a large multi-level mall opposite the hotel. Rooms are spacious, tidy and clean. Our bathroom was a bit dated but still clean and functional. Easy to get around as convenient bus stops are close by.

Stayed a few nights in delux room overlooking the Bell Tower. Great views, nice room, albeit starting to age. Only real negatives were the noise from the road which if they had effective triple glazing would not have been an issue. Also the rooms were hot and air conditioning not effective.

Great views of the Bell Tower from outside or, if you secure a premium room, great views from these too. Located within the old town and quite a fes things are in walking distance. However don't always go by printed maps as everything look very close. A few minutes on the map can be up to an hour in reality!

Excellent location but the hotel is old and shows its age. The carpet, for example, looked grimy enough you want to keep your hotel provided slippers on. The hotel is centrally located, very close to the Bell Tower and a subway station. Downstairs, there's a bustling night market with all sorts of delicious snacks. Parking is free, but the entrance/exit was a bit hard to find. I had to call the front desk and navigate to a different spot to finally get there.

The room is quite spacious and warm, but the central air conditioning is extremely loud; the buzzing kept me from sleeping. I'd recommend bringing earplugs. I had to wear industrial-grade noise-canceling headphones to get any sleep. Everything else was fine, but the AC noise was just too much. It gets cold without it, so I had to put up with it.

Great location, right next to Kaiyuan Mall, making it an excellent spot for sightseeing. Nearby attractions are concentrated and easily accessible by public transport, with Metro Lines 2 and 6. For those who enjoy walking, most places are still within easy reach.

I had 3 nights here, the location is super convenient to visit, the room is large enough and clean, tidy. other services are also very suitable for the price.
