As a local, I stay at this hotel every year. It feels like a vacation. The garden is beautiful and there are few people. My parents and children all like it. I plan to stay here again when the lotus flowers bloom. The sanitary environment and facilities are very good, but the hair dryer overheated and cut off power after a little use, so long hair can't be dried.

The hotel is located in a garden-style hotel next to the Xi'an Chanba Expo. It was once the venue of the Central Asia Summit. The hardware and park environment are beyond reproach. In terms of personnel management, the hotel has achieved the separation of guests and tourists, which increases the privacy of guests. At present, Building 2 of the park is the area where guests can stay, and the standard room area starts from 50 square meters.

King-size bed rooms have lake view and garden view options, and twin rooms only have garden view. Guests can enjoy the gym and swimming pool on the 5th floor (the hotel does not have a 4th floor) for free. Not many people experience it. The swimming pool is 25 meters long. Breakfast is in the Bafang Kitchen on the first floor. The selection is OK. There are enough seats for breakfast during the May Day holiday, and there is no queuing.

The hotel's service is still far from that of international chain five-star hotels. I hope to maintain the service level during the summit.

The hotel is located in the Chanba Expo Park. As the hotel for receiving foreign ministers from various countries at the Central Asia Summit, the facilities and environment are excellent. The room is also very large, 55 square meters, and there is a heated swimming pool upstairs. Because I bought a package, I also got two tickets for the Eternal Love package and two breakfasts. The price-performance ratio is very high. It is worth staying again. The disadvantage is that there is water seepage next to the toilet, which should be from the shower room next door.

The room is very big! The toilet, sink and bathtub are separated. They don't affect each other. The swimming pool is 130cm~150cm deep, and there is a warm water pool in the men's and women's locker rooms. There is also a swimsuit dryer in the locker room. The show tickets included in the package cannot be discounted or exchanged for physical tickets. It is recommended to call the hotel as early as possible during holidays to make reservations. We didn't book the right show, so we didn't go to see it, and the tickets were wasted. The buffet was OK, and the staff also made non-woven bags for the children.

The hotel front desk and concierge service are very good. When checking in, I saw there were children and asked if I needed an extra set of quilts. Mr. Xu from the concierge also helped to transport the luggage to the room, and check-out was also very convenient.
The overall quality of the hotel service staff is very high.

This time I stayed at the Xi'an International Conference Center, and the experience was very satisfying! As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the staff greeted me warmly and took the initiative to help me get my luggage on and off. The check-in procedures at the front desk were extremely quick and were done in a few seconds, without making me wait any longer. During my stay, the room service also responded quickly. When I came back from going out, the room was clean and tidy, and it was super comfortable to stay. Thanks to the front office manager, Manager Zhang, for helping to coordinate the room. When he learned that I had not booked the tickets for the Eternal Love, he reminded me to book in advance in time, which almost delayed my travel plan. Awesome!

The hotel I stayed in during this New Year trip was really amazing! I must recommend it to everyone.
As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I could feel the enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of the service staff. When Manager Wang at the front desk checked in, he was not only very efficient, but also kindly introduced me to the surrounding fun places. The hotel shuttle bus can pick me up at the subway entrance, which is a big thumbs up👍.
After a day of play, the room was also very clean. I took a hot bath and went to sleep, which was very refreshing. The gym and swimming pool facilities are also very complete, allowing me to keep exercising during the trip. The location is also great, on the lake island of the Expo Park, which must be great in summer.
