The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and comfortable. The service was excellent, and the hotel facilities were very good. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The location is very convenient, right next to a subway station and across from Wanda Plaza, making shopping easy.

Staying at the Tianyu Kai Lai Hotel far exceeded my expectations! The front desk manager proactively upgraded our room, which was a lovely surprise. The hotel facilities are excellent, with a gym and a swimming pool, and the breakfast selection is incredibly rich. We also received a thoughtful welcome gift upon check-in, which truly impressed me – it guaranteed a great night's sleep. This kind of thoughtful gesture really touched us and made us feel satisfied and surprised. The hotel's location is also superb, with a subway station and bus stop right outside. This wasn't just a comfortable stay; it became a beautiful memory of our trip to Xi'an! 👍👍

The room was quite spacious and well-equipped with amenities like hangers, toiletries, tea, coffee, mugs and stirrers, complimentary bottled water, a TV, central air conditioning, four pillows, bathrobes, disposable slippers, and shoe shine cloths. There were also tissue boxes in both the bedroom and the bathroom.

The six elevators were very well-placed, so there was hardly any waiting. The breakfast buffet had a decent variety, though it would have been even better with cold noodles (liangpi).

The location was excellent, right across from Wanda Plaza, with a bus stop downstairs and a subway entrance just 100 meters to the left. Getting around was very convenient.

There was also a health-preserving tea available on the first floor.

The only downsides were that the shower head was fixed and couldn't be handheld, and the faucet for the sink was too short.

Staying at the Sky Castle Grand Hotel was great. The location is super convenient, with a subway line right outside the door. They even gave us a free room upgrade, which made the stay even better. It's a solid five-star hotel, and the breakfast was also excellent.

Excellent! The location is great, making it convenient to get everywhere – the Big and Small Wild Goose Pagodas, the museum, and the university.

The hotel's location is excellent. Lv Cheng at the front desk was very helpful and arranged complimentary breakfast for me, which was also delicious and plentiful.

It's good, but a bit outdated, more suitable for older people. And you have to pay to use the washing machine; there's no free laundry room!

The lobby offers delicious sour plum juice and lemonade. The rooms are spacious with large windows. Complimentary bottled water is available in the hallway. The air conditioning works great, and the staff are friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

Very moderately priced, yet an excellent hotel. Breakfast spread was too good. I was in for a conference which was held at the hotel itself. So I was very comfortable although my stay.
