This is my second stay here, and the hotel is still very well-maintained with consistently high-standard service. Lacey contacted me a day in advance and even remembered my preferences! Any requests or service needs during my stay were met with a quick response and prompt resolution. Food deliveries can be brought directly to the room, the rooms are clean and hygienic, and parking is free. The hotel's location is super convenient! This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Xi'an. 100 out of 100!

Beyond the warm and attentive front desk staff and the somewhat stylish room decor, there's really nothing else worth praising. Both the hotel lobby and the rooms are extremely small, lacking even a sofa or a lounge chair. The standard king room's window overlooks the hotel's public area, offering absolutely no natural light. The breakfast selection was very limited, and there was no welcome fruit upon check-in. Oh, and even though I don't swim, it's rare for a five-star hotel not to have a pool. In short, this supposed high-end Hilton brand really doesn't offer a better experience than a regular Hilton in other cities. Perhaps it's due to its location in a scenic area.

The room decor was really unique and stylish, totally my vibe—very modern. It was also very spacious and spotlessly clean. The sheets were fresh, the bathroom was pristine, and the smart toilet was a nice touch, very comfortable to use. The service was thoughtful and attentive too. Overall, full marks! I'd definitely stay here again next time.

The breakfast was a pleasant surprise with lots of authentic Shaanxi specialties. And the Calabash Chicken for dinner was absolutely fantastic—it practically melted in my mouth, crispy and fragrant.

The location is super convenient, right next to the Grand Tang Everbright City, making it easy to pop out and explore.

I stayed for two consecutive nights and received complimentary breakfast. On the second day, we were upgraded to a loft suite. The location is excellent, right on the Great Tang All Day Mall street. The hotel's soundproofing is very good, so the noise from outside didn't bother us indoors. The pillows were a bit too high, so I didn't use them much at night. Like many other Hilton hotels, it comes with a capsule coffee machine, which is perfect for a coffee lover like me. Their Chinese restaurant's Shaanxi-style couple's set meal had too many staple dishes, but the taste was decent (though the fennel pancake was a bit unappetizing).

As for the breakfast, it was quite good, especially the Western pastries – not too sweet and very delicious, particularly the flaky pastries and croissants, which were excellent. Among the special Shaanxi breakfast items, the Roujiamo (meat burger) was also good, but I was a little disappointed that it had a crispy crust, as I believe the local西安 ones usually use plain white buns.

I have to say, the hotel's location is excellent. It's right in the heart of the Grand Tang Everbright City, making it super convenient to explore. A 5-10 minute walk to the left takes you to the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, and to the right, you can catch the Tumbler performance. The Twelve Hours performance is to the east. Getting to the Drum Tower, Bell Tower, and Muslim Quarter is easy too, either by bus or a quick taxi ride. The breakfast restaurant is a bit small, and the food selection isn't huge, but that's understandable for a five-story hotel with limited rooms. They don't have robots for food delivery, but the staff will happily bring it to your room. We visited during the off-season, so it wasn't too crowded, and check-in/check-out was a breeze with no queues. They even offered complimentary breakfast for our child, which was a nice touch. While the Westin is nearby, I still think the Hilton has the edge, especially regarding its location. If I visit Xi'an again, I'd definitely choose this hotel! 👍

I booked a duplex suite, and the room was indeed lovely. The hotel's service in all aspects was also excellent. The room was cleaned twice, plus turndown service, which definitely deserves praise. The front desk reception was also commendable, and the security guard at the hotel entrance was very enthusiastic! Definitely a five-star review! I hope they continue to maintain this standard; it's a hotel I'll book again next time I visit Xi'an!

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The front desk staff are lovely, and the location is excellent. It's so convenient to come back and rest after exploring the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. I really love the color scheme of Jiayue Hotel; both the Chengdu and Xi'an branches are fantastic. There's also a 'Wu Huang Sheng Yan' (Empress Wu's Feast) restaurant nearby which is quite good.

The room was incredibly quiet, and the lady who checked me in, Cheery, was absolutely lovely. She shared so much helpful travel information and food recommendations. The hotel's breakfast was also fantastic, with delicious local specialties and elegantly prepared dishes. Everything tasted really good.

Excellent location! It's right in the Great Tang All Day Mall, making it super convenient to get around. The complimentary cocktails from the hotel were also delicious; it was so nice to unwind with a drink after a long day of exploring. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Xi'an!

*Staff is very welcoming. Especially Moon Yang at the reception, very professional and helpful on our arrival, she assisted us kindly when we needed to find a drugstore and proposed to help on every situation. We also highly appreciated Elisa Ma, at Ambrosia, her kindness during our breakfast time.
*The water refill at Canopy is INCREDIBLE! Unlike the other hotels of this level, especially those in the U.S, we had almost 12 bottled water everyday, without even asking.

*Location: perfect. The hotel is situated amid the real atmosphere of the Tang Dynasty Great Mall, not far from some historical landmarks, malls. We had a very memorable stay at Canopy.
