Facilities: The facilities are complete, the bed linen is clean, and the bath towels, toothbrushes, and cups are all sealed and ready to use upon opening.

Service: I overslept the next day, and thankfully the front desk called me in time. The service here is impeccable.

Overall, it exceeded my expectations. For the same price range, this room is exceptionally good.

Overall, the room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Its location near the train station made all forms of transportation incredibly convenient. There's a wide variety of snacks, restaurants, and eateries available, offering choices for every budget and taste.

The service was excellent, especially since we were a family of three. My child needed an extra blanket, and the attendant brought one, put on a duvet cover, brought slippers, and even water – all with incredible patience, even though we bothered her several times. Her service was truly outstanding. However, just as I was getting comfortable, I went to the bathroom and found a used XX00. I couldn't even talk about it! It definitely left a lasting impression. To avoid upsetting my wife and child, I literally endured the entire night sleepless.

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, making transportation easy. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and free of any strange odors. It was also quiet at night. The front desk staff were very warm and attentive.

Exiting Xi'an Station, head left and go straight through Shangqin Gate until you reach a crossroads. Alternatively, go through Shangjian Gate, turn left at the crossroads, and walk straight until you see the '7 Days Inn' sign.

Accessing the elevator requires a room card, which is a nice security feature.

The room is quite small, not spacious enough if you're traveling with children.

The hygiene was good, and the bedding was clean. The bathroom has a glass partition for wet/dry separation, a clothes hanger, and a full-length mirror.

I chose this hotel for a business trip, and the environment is exceptional. The lobby design is very stylish, and the common areas are clean and tidy. Even the hallways have a fresh feel, which really improved my mood upon checking in. The soundproofing in the room is fantastic; no matter how noisy it was outside, it was always quiet inside, allowing me to sleep soundly. The bed's firmness was just right, and the pillows were comfortable too. Overall, the experience was top-notch, from check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. The staff were always smiling, enthusiastic, and professional. It's definitely a great hotel worth revisiting many times!

The Hotel Is in a lovely position, inside the walls 西安城墙. Very close to the main station 西安火车站, 10 minutes on foot. The room was pretty clean, the bed and the pillows were soft and comfortable. Every day we got new towels and new water bottles. I would come again

I booked this chain hotel near Xi'an train station on Ctrip for a business trip, thinking it would be a standard, convenient choice. To my surprise, it exceeded expectations! It's just a 5-minute walk from the train station with luggage. There's also a convenience store and food stalls downstairs, making late-night snacks super easy. The room was more spacious than I imagined, and the bedding was comfortable. Despite being near the train station, it wasn't noisy at all, so I rested very well. The air conditioning cooled down quickly. The biggest surprise was the service – I needed a sewing kit in the middle of the night, and the front desk staff brought it up instantly; they were so thoughtful! When checking out, I realized I'd left my charger behind. The staff immediately contacted me to confirm and helped mail it back. I have to give a huge thumbs-up to their service! Great value for money; I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xi'an!
