Worst family room ever, the room smells terrible and the air conditioner doesn't work! ! ! The breakfast was a complete mess. There was basically no food left after 8 o'clock and no one ordered more. I had to stress three times to the lady who made the noodles: no spicy food! ! ! The臊子面 they made was spicy and unpalatable, but they still lied and said it was not spicy. . . As we get older, is it our eyes or our brains that are failing us?

Not recommended. I haven't checked out yet, but the room has already been booked. Bad review. The air conditioner doesn't work well. Bad review.

The hotel front desk and restaurant service staff were warm and thoughtful. They greeted me proactively. Xiao Wang sent me welcome fruit and helped me contact a technician to repair the window. I was very satisfied.
Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, they all taste very good, especially the freshly made fried noodles and lamb in clear soup!
The hotel decoration is quite old, the room lighting is dim, the switches and lights don't match, I can only try them one by one to see which switch controls which light.
What I am most dissatisfied with is the room cleaning. I turned on the "Please Clean Now" light at 1:30 p.m., and when I came back it was already 3:30, and the room was not cleaned yet. I called the front desk and asked them to arrange for cleaning immediately, but I told the front desk that I would go out and wait for cleaning. I came back half an hour later and it wasn't cleaned yet! I called the front desk again to let them know I was very unhappy! No need to arrange cleaning! After a while, I received a call asking if I still needed cleaning and wanted to send a fruit plate, but I said no! As a star hotel, shouldn’t they proactively apologize in person for such a matter? Why did they just make a phone call? I am speechless? I wanted to stay for 2 more days! So I checked out decisively the next day and will never stay here again!
There were so many satisfactory aspects before, but this one item eliminated all the good impressions!
