We stayed in a family suite for 4 nights during Chinese New Year. First, the positives: the housekeeping staff were very responsive and kept the room spotless. The delivery robot was convenient for food orders, and the doorman was incredibly friendly, opening doors and helping with luggage. The location is excellent, with direct access to Metro Line 2 downstairs, making it easy to get around. Now for the downsides: the hotel still had the heating on, and it was so hot we were in shorts and t-shirts. It was so stifling at night that we couldn't sleep, even with two fans running all night. The shower water pressure was inconsistent, and the showerhead in one of the bathrooms kept falling off. For a 4-night stay, there were no welcome fruits or milk. The hotel said it wasn't part of their service, but I've stayed in so many hotels, and it's disappointing to have no gesture at all during a holiday like Chinese New Year.

Location: Conveniently located near Longshouyuan subway station.
Facilities: The room decor is a bit dated. My executive floor room was very hot, and I couldn't adjust the temperature, so I had to ask staff to open a window for me.
Cleanliness: Clean.
Service: The service attitude was good, but it was busy during the Chinese New Year holiday. Breakfast seating was quite chaotic; I'd just be assigned a seat, only for someone else to take it moments later.
The breakfast spread was quite good, and the Roujiamo (Chinese burger) was delicious.
I didn't get to use the hotel's swimming pool. It stated a 10 PM closing time, but they wouldn't let me in after 9:20 PM. The pool also looked quite small.

I stayed here with my family during Chinese New Year. There was a lively lion dance on New Year's Day at noon, which was a grand and festive ceremony. The hotel's location is super convenient; right outside is Metro Line 2, which takes you to all the attractions. The staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast spread was extensive, offering local specialties like Sauteed Noodles, Pao Mo (pita bread soaked in lamb soup), and Rou Jia Mo (Chinese hamburger). I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Xi'an.

The overall experience far exceeded my expectations and truly lives up to its 'five-star' reputation. From the fragrance in the lobby and the quietness of the hallways to the room's expansive floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, every detail exudes a sense of luxury. The staff always appeared at just the right moment, never intrusive yet always prompt in responding to requests. The location is also excellent, making it a perfect retreat whether you're on a business trip or sightseeing. Highly recommend!

The hotel is in an excellent location, with a subway station right outside. It's in a residential area, making it very convenient to get around by taxi to various attractions. There's a shopping mall directly across the street, just a short walk away. Room service is very convenient and the food is good. All the staff are polite and enthusiastic. We stayed during Chinese New Year and loved the festive decorations in the lobby. Highly recommend!

Great location, right next to the subway entrance! The room was cozy and spotless, and the quiet environment made for a wonderful night's sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of delicious Xi'an local dishes. The staff were all incredibly warm and welcoming. We stayed for three days starting on New Year's Eve and were very satisfied with everything!

Location: Super convenient, right at the subway exit as soon as you step out of the hotel. Service: All the hotel staff were fantastic with their service mindset and attitude, truly five-star standard. Breakfast: Offered some great local Xi'an specialties. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The only good thing about this place is its location; everything else was a problem. The room was old, the bed was soft, and the toilet seat was small and broken. The shower water fluctuated between scalding hot and freezing cold. It was incredibly hot in Xi'an these past few days, and the air conditioning couldn't cool the room, so I couldn't sleep. They brought me a small fan the next day. The minibar wasn't stocked, and they charged half price for a child's breakfast. They asked me to write a positive review for a free fruit platter, and then, as you can see in the picture, they gave me a rotten, watery orange. What's up with that?

Our stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to get around by subway or taxi. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were incredibly warm and attentive, which made us feel very comfortable. The breakfast offered a great variety, including some delicious local Xi'an specialties. The swimming pool was particularly impressive and our kids absolutely loved it. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Xi'an.

3. **Room Facilities**: Personally, I was very pleased. It reminded me of a Shangri-La hotel in Chengdu. What I found particularly cozy was that the key card always stayed in, keeping the room temperature constant. I forgot to bring pajamas for this trip, so I slept in the hotel's bathrobe, which was clean, soft, and comfortable.
4. **Service Attitude**: When booking online, there were thoughtful options, such as being able to choose a quiet room further from the elevator. Check-in at the hotel was quick, and when I asked where the elevator was, someone immediately responded. At breakfast, staff members were very proactive in helping guests find seats.

6. **Dining & Breakfast**: We opted for the double breakfast, which was quite extensive, offering both Chinese and Western options, as well as local specialties like beef Shui Pen and beef Pao Mo (I had this every single day! 😋).
