I've stayed here multiple times. The hotel environment is great, parking is convenient, it's clean, and the service attitude is excellent.

The location is excellent, very close to the Bell Tower Plaza, making it super convenient for getting around. The breakfast was also very generous, and overall, I had a good check-in experience. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and I'm quite satisfied with everything.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations, a definite five-star rating!

From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the elegant and grand design. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and they even kindly upgraded my room type. The room itself was spacious and bright, with soft and comfortable bedding that ensured a fantastic night's sleep. The bathroom was well-designed with a wet and dry separation, and the toiletries were from a high-end brand – every detail showed thoughtfulness.

The breakfast buffet was so lavish it was hard to choose, offering a wide array of both Chinese and Western dishes. The freshly made noodles were especially delicious. The hotel's location is also superb; right outside the door is a subway station, and the surrounding commercial district is within walking distance.

What touched me the most was when I left my charger after checking out. The staff proactively contacted me and arranged for it to be couriered. This level of meticulous service completely surpassed my expectations. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, this is an excellent choice. Next time I'm in this city, I will definitely stay here again!

Room is spacious and staffs were very friendly. Housekeeping tidy your bed and replaced your toothbrush everyday. Water were replenished daily too. Great hotel to stay as it was near to most attractions.

I usually book Mercure hotels whenever I travel, and I always go for the Privilege room. The Privilege room in Xi'an was truly massive! The service, breakfast, and cleanliness were excellent, as always.

Service: Great! This is my second time staying here. Its advantage is that it's not by the main road, so it's relatively quiet, but the main road is only about 30 meters away, making it convenient for getting around.

Atmosphere: Warm and elegant, especially the lobby which offers afternoon tea. The cookies were surprisingly good, haha!

Service: What impressed me most was upon entering the lobby to check in, a male staff member with a buzz cut (I assume from concierge?) immediately offered us two cups of hot tea. This small detail was just perfect, especially as we had just come in from the cold weather outside – it genuinely made us feel warm. A big thank you to that gentleman! The front desk and restaurant staff were also exceptionally helpful, always greeting our requests with a smile. ^_^

Facilities: I absolutely loved the smart toilet in the room and the heating. The lighting was also bright, and the room, including the bedding, was very clean. There were also welcome drinks. My only minor point is that the ceiling height felt a little low.

Hygiene: From the hotel lobby to the room and the restaurant, everything felt very comfortable. The cleanliness was definitely up to par.

If I ever get the chance to visit Xi'an again, or if friends are planning a trip, I would still highly recommend this hotel. The location is also quite central, about a 10-minute walk to the Bell Tower area, and taxis are easily accessible. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Choosing Mercure Xi'an Bell Tower for my trip to Xi'an was an absolutely stellar experience. Everything from the location to the service and facilities made me feel incredibly comfortable. It's definitely my top choice for accommodation in the heart of this ancient capital!

The hotel's location is truly unbeatable, right in the prime area next to the Bell Tower. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Bell Tower and Drum Tower, and super convenient for grabbing local food in the Muslim Quarter or exploring the ancient city walls. Plus, there's a subway station and supermarkets nearby, so whether you're sightseeing or just getting around, it's completely hassle-free. The biggest surprise was how well the rooms are soundproofed, despite being in such a bustling area. Once you close the door, it's your own quiet sanctuary, and I slept incredibly soundly at night.
