The hotel is very close to the subway station, and it's also very convenient to get to the Red House. There are many convenience stores nearby, making shopping easy.

In my opinion the hotel was really great. Only a very minor imperfection that wont even affect the overall stay experience. It is clean, the room gets to be cleaned daily on a timely manner, the beddings good, and the electronics worked perfectly.

There's several restaurants, convenience store, bakery, and shopping mall just few steps away.

The staff also really friendly and try their best to communicate everything despite the language barrier.

We had a great stat at Hi Inn Shanghai!
We are arriving very late, and the receptionist were greet us and we felt like at home already

They help with our Taobao package and ******* package, very helpfull and attentive staff!
Towel and complimentary drinking water was replace each day.

The room is spacious, the service is great, and it offers excellent value for money. The surrounding area has convenient transportation, and it's only about a 100-meter walk to the subway station. Very affordable.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied. The environment is good, and it's clean. Plus, it's pretty close to my destination. If I had to suggest improvements, the Wi-Fi wasn't very stable, and the soundproofing was just so-so.

The service was excellent; they even called ahead to ask about my arrival time. I mentioned I'd be quite late, and the front desk upgraded my room. The only downside might be the poor soundproofing. Even with the upgrade, I had bad luck with the neighbors whose snoring was incredibly loud, and I didn't fall asleep until almost 1 AM. But for this price and location, what more could you ask for? The cons are almost negligible.

The room was clean and tidy, the front desk service was excellent, and the location was convenient, close to Hongfangzi Hospital. The facilities were complete, and the room had good natural light and was spacious.

Hygiene: Impeccable, I always choose this hotel, and it's always spotless every time I visit.
Surroundings: The location is very convenient, with a shopping mall right next door and many halal restaurants nearby. Yixinzhai is particularly delicious.
Service: All the hotel staff provide excellent service. When I asked the front desk for a sewing kit, they brought it to me very quickly. Housekeeping makes the bed daily, the service is truly outstanding.
