Location: Great location, very close to the subway station. Facilities: The room was old and small. The air conditioning was terrible, blowing dry, cold air. The pillows and mattress were very uncomfortable. The bathroom was tiny, and the water pressure was low. Service: Housekeeping was not prompt.

The hotel is very close to the subway station, which is convenient for getting around. However, the bathroom is super tiny; you can barely turn around in it. Also, the window in the room doesn't close properly and is broken, so it's like sleeping with the window open all night. Since it's right next to a busy road, the noise was really loud!

The second time stayed here and love that I have the late check out before 2pm. Definitely my choice when Im in Shanghai. Staff is also very helpful to help me when I had trouble ordering food for delivery. He made it so easy and I just paid the amount due and got it delivered to my room by the cute robot. I booked this hotel before knowing the exact location. This was probably the biggest let-down. Because it takes 50-60min to travel to 'The Bund' On the map it looks close enough to the centre, but it is quite far from the tourist attractions (Nanjing road, Yu Garden, and Lujiazui Station)  Subway is about 900m from here, so walking takes 15min. A car would be about 15Yuan and a bike is 2. But then...

Good hotel for travellers. Two shopping malls are within walking distance, which is very convenient. The only downside is the lack of a proper drop-off point for Didi—cars can’t turn in or stop directly at the lobby, so drop-off is along the roadside.
