The location is a bit outskirt but the simple gesture from reception offers us late night food upon arrival at 22.00 really makes us feel warm welcome even though we are tired for the whole day journey to Pudong.Thank you to the reception team.

The hotel boasts an absolutely fantastic location, conveniently near both the subway station and a major shopping district, making transportation incredibly easy. The rooms are well-appointed and feature excellent soundproofing. The service was attentive, and the front desk handled check-in and check-out very efficiently. Overall, it was a superb experience.

I booked this hotel for a layover at Pudong Airport, and it proved to be incredibly convenient. The shuttle service is frequent during peak morning and evening hours, running every 90 minutes otherwise, with the journey taking approximately 30 minutes. The hotel's overall environment and cleanliness were excellent. What I appreciated most was the late-night supper available when I arrived in the evening – it was truly satisfying!

The hotel's environment and facilities were a bit basic, but the complimentary airport shuttle and subway station pick-up service were a huge plus and very convenient. They also offered complimentary late-night noodles or wontons, which was a really nice touch and added to the overall value for money.

This was by far the best hotel experience. The ambiance was wonderful, making for a very comfortable stay. It's conveniently located near the airport, and they offer airport shuttle service. The rooms were truly spacious. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious.

On the first day, upon arrival at the entrance, I don't know what the security guards' problem was, but they wouldn't let the car drive even a little bit further in. That stretch of road was completely torn up, just a pile of rocks, so I had to lug a huge, heavy suitcase across a hundred meters. As I was walking towards the entrance, some of those 'security' guards were idly strolling around as if they had important matters, while others just stood there, hands behind their backs, staring at me. What the hell are you looking at? Why aren't you helping?!

Yet, the very next day, the driver picking me up was able to stop right at the entrance and wait for me?

At night, I was woken up by the teenagers next door making a huge racket. I got up, hungry and wanting a late-night snack, only to discover the evening food was already a home to a whole family of cockroaches. And when I went to grab a hanger from the wardrobe, an even *bigger* one crawled out!

I called the front desk for some bug spray. An older staff member came, gave me a new key, and moved me to a different room. Enough said.

In the new room, on the second morning, even *with* noise-canceling earplugs, I was rudely awakened by a woman screaming loudly right outside the door. Her voice carried as if there were no door at all – it was completely audible.

Fair Chinese hotel with the service of shuttle to and from the airport, So that is why many locals are staying here. The breakfast is typical Chinese, but very convenient that they have big laundry.

The area around the hotel is quite pleasant. They have great facilities, including a gym and a laundry room. The rooms are comfortable, cozy, and incredibly spacious. The front desk staff are all incredibly sharp and efficient, and they even provided a complimentary late-night snack, which was a wonderful surprise. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. I'm already planning to return with my child on July 2nd.

This was my first time staying here. The bed was clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly. Upon check-out the next day, I realized the subway station was quite a distance away. Fortunately, I encountered two incredibly helpful hotel staff members at the entrance who proactively offered to give me a ride. I truly appreciated their kindness! The driver who took me was also excellent and helped with my luggage. I would definitely choose this hotel again for any future stays.
