Excellent hotel, great location and the bar has a great selection of drinks. Everyone spike English which made our stay very easy.
Name is big but not valuable at all. The WC was blocked. The Tab was blocked :))
Great location with great view of Shanghai!!! My family and I really enjoyed the stay here. Big, clean and comfy room. The hotel service staff is very helpful too!
Nice location with friendly staffs Old but clean I will come back again

Great service and helpful staff! This was our second time staying here, and after mentioning a few issues during our first visit, everything was fixed this time. Thank you!
The importance if choosing the right hotel . I have had the pleasure of staying at various hotels around the world ,and I must stay that I have come across some truly exceptional ones . One hotel that stands out in my memory is the Hilton in Shanghai City. Such a great stay. Check in and check out or smooth and quick. Staff were helpful and accommodating to our needs and helps provide a great service during the different meal times and afternoon teas provided by the hotel. The rooms are very clean with great space and fully functioning TVs light system, and bathroom. Highly recommended others we shall be staying again soon.
Very good hotel to stay for family and business travellers. Good clean and beautiful view rooms. In room dining and restaurant is excellent.
I recently stayed at double tree hotel for a 3 night getaway, and overall, it was an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was quick, and I was offered a welcome cookies while waiting — a nice touch!
Very helpful staff when I lost wallet in the taxi . Thank you so much for your excellent hospitality

It was comfortable and spacious
Really good value for money, you get what you paid for.
The Rayfont was always a bearable 2 star hotel. Now it's more like a slum. It seems renovations have been going on for many years. Guests are 'greeted' by a filthy elevator, a smelly, dilapidated room, a noisy unusable air conditioner, a hard bed and woken up by jackhammering. You couldn't pay me to stay here. The only salvageable parts are the location and ability to take a shower.
Room nice, big balcony. Service good! The breakfast a little poor in my opinion, don’t ask too much.. but only bananas as fruits(?) Anyway, considering the price… I’ll be back 😁 I can buy some fruits myself 😅
Stayed there for 5 weeks, good rooms, nice swimming pool and a great balcony in the 31st floor. Just need to renew some parts but a perfect price for a long term stay.
Very reasonably priced if you book on line outside of China. Daily maid service. Relatively good privacy. From my observation the majority of the patrons are non Chinese citizens. The restaurant on the second floor stinks big time though, filthy, smelly, etc., reminds me the worst Chinese restaurants in the rural areas in the states. On the plus side, the shared courtyard (with the neighboring several...

Comparing it to the other Marriott hotels I've stayed at in Shanghai/China, it wasn't that good, but definitely not bad at all. However, pay 200-300RMB more and stay at JW Marriott, which is like a couple of KMs away from this hotel. JW Marriot is on a whole new level!
Great hotel, we had nice duck theme room. Very good location.
Perfect Hotel. Next to Nanjing road, we stayed in the Ducks children room with special arrangements for Kids. They really had fun.
Here’s the revised version for Shanghai Marriott City Centre: 1. My stay at Shanghai Marriott City Centre was beyond expectations. 2. The staff were friendly and attentive. 3. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. 4. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety. 5. Perfect location — I would definitely stay here again.
The stay was great, good location and the staff was nice. Recommend if you’re staying in Shanghai! We booked a connected room (family of four), spacious and clean. 👍🏻
My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our short stay here . It was a last minute decision but definitely worth it . He also used the gym facilities which was lovely .

Extended the original one night reservation to two due to the coziness and location of the hotel. The staff were very helpful when receiving packages for us and allowed us to keep our luggage post check out. Comfy rooms and spacious, albeit you can feel the humidity (I guess it's just the season!).
I had a comfortable stay at the Jin Jiang Tower. The location is great—close to shopping streets and the metro, which made getting around easy. The room was clean and spacious, with a great view of the city. Staff were polite and helpful, though not all spoke fluent English. The breakfast buffet had a decent variety. Overall, a solid choice for a stay in central Shanghai.
Hotel is well located next to Metro station, though the facilities are a bit outdated but well maintained. Breakfast was good with Western/Chinese cuisine. Value for money!
Clean and big rooms, have been staying here a few times and will stay again when I travel to shanghai
Good location in the downtown areas. Very good services on the daily basis, Daily breakfast has lots of variety.

It was one of the best hotel rooms I've stayed in. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the service was good, and the location was excellent.
The location is in business district surrounded by banks and office buildings. Walking distance to the Pearl Tower and subway. Very few restaurants nearby. Good for business travel but not for leisure holiday.
I enjoyed my spontaneous night stay at the Kempinski. I mainly went there to experience Le Petiti Chef, given to me as an early birthday present. The night stay was decided upon after our experience at LPC. However, the hotel is a bit dusty, especially on the floors with the rooms, as I just couldn’t stop sneezing being there. Shower slippers should be provided as the shower floor could do with a little...

Outstanding hotel. Clean , comfortable beds, and room facilities.and staffs are always willing to help out. My sons really enjoyed their time here. I would recommend this hotel for families.
The only issue was the description of the room on C-trips. The room was said to have no opening windows. This actually means the windows are interior windows. I was lucky the staff were great and swapped my booking to a room with external windows free of charge.

Its okay and value for money. but avoid the train station side its very difficult to ignore the noise.
The location is near the subway station, surrounded by business district, convenient for travel, and reasonable price. The apartment-style room has all the basic facilities and is quite comfortable to live in.
Hygiene: OK Service: OK, pretty good
The room is clean and cozy. You can see the beautiful night view from the room. I am very satisfied with my stay. The transportation is convenient. There is a convenience store and shopping mall downstairs. Zhongshan Park is a 5-minute walk away. The boss is very enthusiastic. I will definitely come again next time
I stayed in an apartment room. There is a subway station, Japanese restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, pots, dishes, etc. I think it is suitable for long-term stays. At night, once there was no traffic, it was quiet, and I slept well in the slightly hard bed.
If you are used to traveling in China, the room is just about acceptable. It was a Chinese student dormitory-level room, far from as clean as the photos on the website. The website says the rooms are on the 16th, 19th, and 29th floors, but in reality they are on the 3rd to 30th floors, so we were assigned a room on the 10th floor. Great hotel. Though quite a distance walk from the metro station
We like the hotel. The only thing that is not convenient is that the subway station is little far.
The reception lady at the gym seems very unhappy. The pool sometime is crowded. Room and breakfast is very nice.
Outstanding service and friendly staffs in the hotel. The room size is large, tidy and great atmosphere. A perfect choice to business and leisure travelers.
Nice and clean hotel. Excellent services and amenities . Whenever I requested anything the staff delivered / accommodated very quickly. I spoke with the general manager Billy who was approachable and took on board my suggestions for further improvements. Hopefully Golden Tulip will soon achieve an even higher star rating pretty soon.
Reliable stay, as usual. I know what to expect and it delivers as such. Close to amenities, transportation, malls, … but still quiet. I will go back next time.

At Hyatt Shanghai I had the best reception experience I've had in a long time, with efficient service and convenient luggage storage. Rooms provide breathtaking views, and the vibrant rooftop party is a standout experience. Perfect location. However, breakfast is not included, which might be a drawback for some. I highly recommend choosing it.
Extremely good stay - clean, even under the bed, nice service and good breakfast - maybe a bit underestimated as per capacities (too many people, too less tables and eg juices) but other than that very customer friendly (we were granted a late checkout 2pm).
I had requested for plates for dinner to the room service. The room service on the call gave us the reason that their staff is running busy at that moment and will send the plates after 30minutes.

nice services, and the staff are nice and helpful. Suitable for business or family vacation.
My stay at Portman Ritz Carlton was good. The location is perfect, very close to everything. Also, I was able to check in earlier than the usually time which I loved. On a bad note, the outside pool bar isn’t open which is a bummer as I would have loved to enjoy a cocktail by the pool while relaxing. Nevertheless, it was perfect stay and I would stay again in the future. 😎
The location was excellent — very convenient and close to everything I needed. The meals were absolutely delicious, and I really enjoyed every bite. The room was also perfectly clean and well-organized, which made my stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

Deluxe Club Double Room with Executive Privileges: Breakfast and refreshments were both delicious. Facilities: Although a bit old, it maintains a classic, old-money charm and is very well-kept.
