The staff in the lobby were always rushing around and almost bumped into people; generally, they didn't even greet guests....

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming! They even gave us a free upgrade to a suite. The room was spacious, clean, and had a really cozy atmosphere – it definitely exceeded my expectations! For breakfast, there was a wide variety of options including Western, Chinese, local specialties, and vegetarian dishes. Everything tasted great too! Overall, it was a very comfortable stay!!

I've stayed in many five-star hotels, and this one is generally very good. There's a huge ship right at the hotel entrance, and the lobby looks very grand. The front desk staff were also very friendly. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. I booked this hotel through a group deal I saw online, and it definitely didn't disappoint – I just went for it without hesitation and it was a great choice

I was very satisfied with my last stay, so I chose this place again. Haha, is it my good luck that they upgraded me to a suite? The room is amazing! This time I also booked the executive lounge access. The food isn't great, but the drinks definitely live up to the name 'lounge,' especially finding Baileys Irish Cream. Thumbs up! 👍🏻

The self-service breakfast was good. I stayed for two nights, and the young man at the front desk, employee number 8, was very polite. Over the past few days, whether it was the cleaning staff or the check-in personnel, the overall experience has been excellent.

The front desk service was excellent during check-in, and the room was quite good too. The hotel definitely still maintains its old five-star standards. However, I woke up at 1 AM and found that the spotlight in the bathroom was leaking water, forming a puddle on the floor. That was a pretty frightening experience.
