Shanghai, 2000 Yan An Road (w), 2000 30 (9 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The mattress in the room was too soft; I completely sank into it when lying down, offering no support whatsoever. After waking up, my back would often ache. Although the air conditioning was blowing after I adjusted the temperature, the room temperature barely dropped, making it a bit stuffy with the windows and doors closed.
The hotel room was quite spacious and well-equipped. This time, I also enjoyed the afternoon tea buffet, which you can have in the roomy cafe or the beautiful outdoor garden. It was definitely great value for money and I'd recommend it to everyone.
The room was very comfortable, clean and tidy, and the bedding was excellent. All services were good. I needed to iron some clothes, and the front desk promptly had a staff member bring an iron and ironing board, which was super helpful. The breakfast had a wide variety, and the restaurant was spacious, with a leaning towards Western-style options. If you went late, they'd advise you to take more as...
Traveling with kids, the executive lounge benefits were pretty much nonexistent. At best, we could get some drinks downstairs. And they weren't flexible at all. I had two adults and two kids. I asked if we could be charged for four people for one day, and we wouldn't be there the next. They said no. Also, on the afternoon before check-out, my daughter ordered a cranberry juice at the bar. I noticed...
The room was comfortable and clean, and the city view was amazing. The service was professional, and the facilities had been upgraded, which was great. I'll definitely be back! The location is also very convenient.
The front desk service was excellent, and the environment and facilities were top-notch. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The dining was superb, and the atmosphere was peaceful and pleasant. The bed was just the right firmness, the room was spotless, and the Wi-Fi was super fast. The location was also fantastic.

Thanks to the hotel for the upgrade, the views and location are fantastic. The hotel is quite conveniently located, close to several dining streets and commercial areas. It's a popular hotel, so it's always lively with people coming and going. The pool tends to get a bit crowded in the afternoon.
I stayed at the Shanghai Longemont Hotel for a business trip, and my overall experience exceeded all expectations! The room was spotlessly clean, with no dusty corners. The deluxe king room was spacious, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered an amazing view of the city skyline. The hotel's ambiance is upscale and grand, and its excellent location makes getting around incredibly convenient. The front...
Definitely a great stay! The room was spacious and the facilities were spotless. For just about 100 RMB more than a budget hotel, you get a five-star experience. The breakfast was also excellent. I was so impressed after one night that I immediately booked two more nights for June.
My go-to hotel in Shanghai. The transportation is quite convenient, with elevated roads right next to the hotel and dedicated bus lanes, so it's very easy to hail a taxi. Manager Xiao Yin at the front desk is diligent and polite to guests, which is great.
Service: I was very satisfied with the service. Both the front desk staff and the housekeeping aunties were quick, efficient, and enthusiastic.
Environment: The location is quite convenient. It's very easy to get to the nearby Longzhimeng (Dragon's Dream) shopping mall, and also very convenient to visit the Columbia Circle. It's a great area for a walk with kids.

the location and staff helpfulness is why i chose Crown again.
the nearby restaurants, cafe and supermarkets and centre to other spots is so convenient
Renovation maybe tough for the management, though the wooden interior material does leave the impression of Time Passing / a bit old to visitors.
however, weight down the pros and cons, i still choose it
The Shanghai Film Theme Hotel upgraded us to the 'Havoc in Heaven' suite, which was full of childhood memories! It's very close to Columbia Circle and Wukang Road, making it super convenient for exploring. Plus, it's only 600 meters from the subway station, so the location is great.
Fantastic hotel! It's close to the subway, and I was so pleasantly surprised to find out it's a movie-themed hotel. From the front desk to the elevators and even the room corridors, everything has a cool movie theme. The room was well-proportioned, and the service was professional and thoughtful. Plus, it's super close to Wukang Road, just a 5-minute walk.
The hotel facilities are a bit old, but very clean. The mattress has a massage function, and the room is well soundproofed. There are plenty of dining options nearby, including many popular internet-famous eateries. Transportation is convenient, with a subway station close by.
Absolutely loved the massage bed! Coming back from Disneyland on the Line 11 metro, it was so relaxing and comfortable to lie down on it. The metro access is super convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time.
Crowne Plaza, an IHG brand, has always been my top choice when traveling. This time, the Crowne Plaza Galaxy in Shanghai, near Wukang Road, offered excellent value for money. Although the hotel is a bit older, it's very well-maintained, and the service feels truly homely. The breakfast, in particular, was absolutely delicious; you can tell the chefs put their heart into preparing the food. I'll definitely...

The hotel has a fantastic environment and offers a great stay. The room was clean, hygienic, and cozily decorated. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided a beautiful and relaxing view. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Shanghai.
The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, with multiple subway and bus lines nearby. It's easy to go anywhere from here. The rooms are comfortable, and as a Marriott property, the quality is guaranteed.
Service is good, only one point, they dont allow wearing of in room slippers to breakfast area..? Why so.?
The hotel's location is super convenient, it's clean and hygienic, and the service is very professional. I'd also recommend the breakfast buffet; it has a great variety, especially the noodle soup I had for three days straight – so many toppings, I never got tired of it. It's very close to the subway station and easy to find. It's just two stops on foot to the Shanghai Natural History Museum, which...

Great location! However, aside from the lobby, the hotel's facilities are quite old. The rooms are clean and tidy, service is prompt, and the staff are courteous. That said, the service quality among front desk staff varies. The male receptionist during check-in was serious-faced throughout, offered no smiles or greetings, while the concierge was even worse! The male receptionist during check-out was...
The room layout was reasonable, but the shower was a bit small. Also, the soundproofing in the room wasn't great; I could hear noise from the room next door. However, the cleanliness, environment, and service were all excellent! 👍
Got an upgrade to a bigger room, which was decent. The toilet had been upgraded to a smart one, which wasn't the case a few years ago. The hotel also equipped itself with delivery robots, so you don't have to go downstairs to pick up your takeout – super convenient! As for Dong Tai Xiang (the restaurant), it's just okay now, doesn't taste as good as it used to. It's giving 'Hu Yanbin's song' vibes...

First time staying here and what a delightful find! The value for money is unbeatable, the service is warm and friendly, and the breakfast quality is excellent. I'll definitely be a regular!

The overall experience staying at Sheraton Shanghai Waigaoqiao Hotel was acceptable.
Their room service is available 24 hours, and you can order food by calling their hotline anytime. However, please note that the menu prices are on the higher side. One simple main course can cost almost twice as much as ordering through ******* food delivery.
There are also 2–3 restaurants within the building itself...
This was my second stay, and once again, the service was very responsive. They were very accommodating, especially since we were staying for an exam, and I really appreciate that. My child also slept very well; the room was quiet. I'd definitely consider staying here again if needed.
Great for short business trips, with a good environment, fresh air, and excellent service. The buffet is decent too. It's also relatively quiet and not overly bustling. Definitely recommend it. Value for money is average.
I've stayed here several times. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the cleanliness is generally good. It's quite convenient to get around, only a few minutes' walk to the subway station. Overall, I'm still satisfied.
This hotel is located in the Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone. The overall environment is decent, though the facilities are a bit dated. Both the general atmosphere and the service are pretty good. The price isn't particularly cheap, but getting around from here is quite convenient.
🌟 Five-star quality, budget-friendly price! As a Sheraton under Marriott, the facilities are top-notch and well-maintained. The design is elegant and grand, perfect for both business and leisure. This is a well-established five-star hotel with a very grand lobby. The rooms are spacious, the service is warm and friendly, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options.
I booked three rooms with payment upon arrival. When I called the front desk to pay for the rooms, they provided efficient and helpful service. This is the best hotel I have ever been to. Looks exactly like in the pictures. You even have tv in bathroom. I high recommended, I would love to come back only to this hotel.

It's been a while since my last stay, and once again, I received excellent service. The handsome guy at the front desk upgraded my room. I was in a hurry and didn't catch his name clearly, but I think it was Mr. Liu. Thank you! 🙏 The hotel environment is great, with a view of Lujiazui's iconic 'three-piece suit' (referring to its three prominent skyscrapers), and transportation is very convenient~
Pros: Located in Pudong, I booked a deluxe standard room which was spacious with a decent view from a high floor, and it was quiet. There's a subway station downstairs, making transportation convenient. The price was also quite competitive.

They upgraded me to a modern king room when I checked in, so I'm giving it five stars. However, the hotel itself does have an issue: the building is quite old. Third time here, and I'm very disappointed! I won't be coming back again.
Reason: We were staying as a family with children and I booked half a month in advance, specifically requesting a twin room. This is the first time I've ever encountered such a response; previously, when I checked in...

A very pleasant experience overall.
I'm currently abroad for work and couldn't be there to celebrate with her, so I remotely booked a room night plus a double dinner deal at this hotel. I wanted them to experience a local staycation, and the entire process exceeded my expectations in a delightful way!

Service: Rosy's service was excellent, and she gave us a room with an even better view, overlooking Nanpu Bridge.
Cleanliness: The hotel was relatively clean.
Amenities: The facilities were extensive, with a pool, gym, and plenty of equipment.
I mainly want to talk about the buffet. I purchased a room package that included two buffet meals. I was charged half price for my child, which was 119 yuan, which felt quite generous. It was a lucky coincidence that I encountered this place during my vacation. Overall, everything was great. My friend was arriving late, so I had to extend my check-out, but everything was still fantastic, especially Cindy.
Overall, it was a great stay. The standalone hotel has an infinity pool and a gym, and both the breakfast and buffet were excellent. Room was clean, however one of the in charge of cleaning our room was quite rude. Pillows were really soft even after asking for the firm ones. room service was convenient. the location was great and there are so many services available including spa, fitness center, coffee shop and pool. i enjoyed my stay
Hotel is very nice. It has a great breakfast buffet. The noise from the jets doesn't start too early in the morning but is evident a little bit later in the day. It's not a huge problem in the room but it is the price you pay for being close to the airport.
Its quite a good airport hotel. Even though it’s not close to the touristic area you can get there fairly easily by subway. Quibao (Line 9) station is about 800m from the hotel, and about 40 minutes from there to downtown. The full Gym is sadly no longer available for hotel guests, and it has been replaced by a reduced fitness room.
Extremely close to the domestic airport. Good size rooms and next to a mall with reasonable prices. Breakfast is a large buffet of western and Chinese foods. Part of tour package so I can't speak to price but it was a pleasant hotel.

I frequently visit Shanghai, and lately, I've been exploring Japanese restaurants and shopping at Jin Hongqiao in the Gubei Tianshan area. So, each time, I try out a different hotel nearby. Honestly, I was a bit worried after reading some reviews, but I decided to experience it myself. My experience was actually great. It's a bit of a walk to the subway, but there's a bus stop right outside that takes...
I was here for a certification exam nearby. The floor I was on was very quiet, and the service was excellent in all aspects.
I did laundry twice during my stay, and it was so thoughtful of them to provide detergent for free. I also used the kitchenette to cook some instant noodles for a late-night snack, and the robot delivered them right to my door. The room was cleaned daily and kept very tidy. Great value for money, I've already recommended it to my colleagues.
Although it's an older hotel, it's very well-maintained and clean overall, especially the unique giant painting in the atrium! The service is also quite good, particularly the front desk and concierge staff who are enthusiastic and efficient. Disposable toiletries are conveniently placed at the front desk for guests to pick up as needed, which is a very clever approach. The dining experience was also...
The room was spacious, and I was greeted with a complimentary fruit platter upon arrival. When I returned later, I found a lovely souvenir. I accidentally forgot my key card, but they quickly issued a new one after verifying my identity. They also helped me with my luggage and offered secure, free storage. It was a great travel experience, and I especially appreciated the quiet nights, ensuring a peaceful...
Booked this for a client, and they absolutely loved the room. The hotel is conveniently located in the Changning district, surrounded by Japanese restaurants. It's an older hotel, but it's well-maintained.

This hotel was absolutely perfect! From the warm welcome upon arrival to stepping into our beautifully arranged and comfortable room, every aspect was satisfying. The room itself was not only spacious and tidy but also equipped with convenient smart devices. The gym facilities were comprehensive. Most importantly, all the staff greeted us with genuine smiles and were always ready to help. Their warmth...
Absolutely loved this hotel, especially room 3106! It was so clean and tidy, and I felt completely comfortable using the bedding and linens. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was surprisingly amazing too. I even wrote a thank you letter to the hotel staff. I hope to stay at Courtyard again on my next visit!
The room was very quiet and the bedding had no strange odors, so I slept really well. Every time I go to Shanghai Disney, I choose this hotel. The location is great, they have a shuttle, and a taxi is only about ten yuan, which is super convenient. Highly recommended!
The Courtyard by Marriott was our last stop after Disney, and the room was a pleasant surprise! It was super whimsical and childlike, with cute panda and mermaid sculptures that my kid adored. The front desk and concierge were both incredibly welcoming and even helped me plan my route to the high-speed train station.
Extremely close to Shanghai Disneyland, with a free shuttle service that also extends to the airport and the Bund.
Despite a misunderstanding boarding the air post bus transfer, the rest of the experience was excellent. The duty manager, Mr. Edward Fong, was very helpful, and Miss Ashley assisted me during check-out. The breakfast spread was impressive, and I appreciated the buffet’s dedicated Muslim section. Overall, the stay turned into a splendid moment that redeemed the earlier incident
