Everything was absolutely wonderful, the environment is truly beyond words! It was stunning! On our way out, after checking out, as we were driving off, there was a puddle in the basement parking lot

The executive lounge's breakfast and dinner were exquisite and delicious, and the drinks were great too, all while enjoying amazing views. I stayed for three nights and had a wonderful trip

We’ve enjoyed the stay in Shangri-La. The hotel was a bit overcrowded (the dates we’ve checked in was also the dates of APEC forum), but we didn’t feel it overall

I visited during the May Day holiday. The front desk service was good, and the room was clean. The cleaning staff were friendly and thorough. I loved the beautiful view from the room, especially the night view

From the ready-to-use children's slippers and toothbrushes to the adorable yellow duck decorations, my baby absolutely loved watching the boats come and go on the river from behind the large French windows

My recent stay at the Shanghai Fuyue Hotel in Songjiang New City exceeded my expectations. It's a high-value luxury hotel. Upon arrival, the grand, high-ceilinged lobby immediately caught my eye

The decor is opulent and tasteful, with magnificent chandeliers and lush greenery creating a fantastic ambiance – someone even joked, 'I thought I was in Macau!' Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were gentle and friendly, offering welcome tea and a complimentary upgrade to a room on the 28th floor

The room itself was spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows providing great natural light and expansive views. Being on a high floor, I could overlook the Songjiang scenery and the hotel's large lawn

The room was immaculately clean, with no unpleasant odors in the corners. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the shower water temperature was stable, and the wet/dry separation design was very convenient

Overall, the Shanghai Fuyue Hotel maintains high standards in terms of hardware facilities, cleanliness, and service. The price is also more affordable compared to similar hotels in downtown Shanghai

This is an eager five-star review, starting with a special shout-out to Bernie and Grace at the Executive Lounge for their exceptional help and superb coffee! All the other staff were also very nice, and the desserts by the plump chef at breakfast were incredibly amazing

Stayed at this hotel for a two-night, three-day trip during the May Day holiday. The service was pretty good, and check-in went smoothly. However, the soundproofing is terrible

**Room and Facilities:** I stayed in a spacious Deluxe City View King Room with a well-thought-out layout. The bed was wonderfully soft and comfortable, ensuring I got a full night's rest after a busy day

Doors slamming shut are incredibly loud – 'bang, bang, bang' – and you can hear every word clearly when people are talking in the hallway. On top of that, I lost some valuables in the hotel

The front desk is on the 25th floor, and the greeters downstairs are really sharp and attentive. The front desk staff are efficient, thorough, and patient. My room was very spacious, and all the amenities were complete

This prime location makes it incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and transportation. Food deliveries are left in a special locker on the first floor, so guests need to pick them up themselves

As for the subway, it generally stops around 11 PM and resumes service around 6 AM. I'm a light sleeper who often needs sleeping pills, but I didn't find the noise level too bothersome; it was acceptable

He was very diligent; I just told him what I needed restocked, and he made sure to provide it, and he cleaned the room exactly as I requested. I really appreciate his excellent service

The next morning, around 10 AM, the housekeeping uncle came by to ask if I had any laundry for dry cleaning. I didn't, so I asked him to clean my room

The hotel beds, especially the pillows, are very comfortable. I have back and neck issues, but I slept soundly for two nights with no discomfort

It's also very close to the subway station, a mere two to three minutes' stroll to Jing'an Temple station, which serves three different lines, making it convenient to reach all major attractions

This Ritz-Carlton is the first one in China, and although it's older, the facilities are very well-maintained. The room size is smaller than other Ritz-Carltons, but 38 square meters is still perfectly adequate

The room isn't huge, but it meets hygiene standards. Nothing particularly amazing, but the gym equipment is complete and excellent! It would be even better if smart technology were installed in the rooms.

It was super convenient for me to get to the children's hospital in the morning, just a ten-minute walk. The hotel seems to have high occupancy, and breakfast on the second floor was much quieter

This time, there were a lot of foreigners staying here. The couple across the hall even went out at 4 AM, and the sound of their door opening was quite loud – really something else!

Jan Jing tower is a very elegant hotel in a perfect location, next to the shopping district of Shanghai. The concierge has been incredibly kind and helpful, fundamental for us to find a lost baggage at the airport.

Facilities: Very new and easy to use, with a kettle and all necessary cups and amenities. Hygiene: Clean, thoroughly tidied, and toiletries replaced promptly. Environment: Beautiful, with convenient transportation

The room design is a bit dated. The hotel's name is 'New Jinjiang,' which is quite a misnomer, as it's not new at all! 😄 It's conveniently located near the business district with easy access to transportation

The housekeeping lady on our floor was incredibly kind; every time she saw me, she'd ask if I needed water or tissues and told me not to hesitate to ask for anything. She was so thoughtful and efficient

Being able to stay in the heart of Shanghai, close to dining, shopping and the French Concession, made the experience even more special. Everything felt smooth, refined, and well managed

It's within walking distance of major shopping areas like Huaihai Road and Nanjing Road, so no need for a taxi. The subway is just 100 meters away, making it incredibly convenient

The hotel is connected to a mall, and there's also a children's play area inside, making dining and entertainment extremely convenient and plentiful. You don't even need to leave the hotel. Breakfast is a buffet.

I booked a family room, and Elio proactively reached out before our stay to discuss our needs. I mentioned we had a young baby and safety was a priority, especially regarding glass items and bed rails

While there wasn't a huge amount for younger babies to do in the kids' play area, the service and facilities were excellent, and the air quality was much better than at Nailbao

The facilities are complete, the hygiene is clean and tidy, the environment is comfortable, the service attitude is good, the transportation is convenient, and the shopping and dining are all great 👍 Highly recommended, a must-have for business trips and tourism!

Upon check-in, we were so pleasantly surprised! Elio had arranged for all sharp corners to be padded and three bed rails were already installed

The room with the view faces Pudong's 'three-piece suit' (referring to the three iconic skyscrapers), offering a fantastic experience watching the sunrise and sunset! Convenient location and excellent service!

I’ve stayed at the Westin Bund Center a couple of times now. It’s a great choice if you wanna show off to visitors. The views are lovely (even if you don’t get to see the bund)

The location is close enough to walk to the Bund, East Nanjing Road, and Yu Garden. It’s a great spot if you don’t have a lot of time in Shanghai & need to see some highlights

Returned for a 2nd visit to Shanghai and returned to the Grand Hyatt. The hotel is atop the elegant Jin Mao tower. The rooms are clean and comfortable and most have grand views over the city

Initially, I was worried the hotel might be too old, so I booked the J Hotel at Shanghai Tower across the street instead

The third picture was taken from J Hotel, and I always felt a bit caged in, somewhat claustrophobic

The rooms are incredibly spacious, and most importantly, they don't feel dirty despite their age; in fact, they feel exceptionally clean, especially the towels, which were very clean and new

With the Grand Hyatt being more than half the price, I feel it's a more reliable choice

This is an established hotel brand that's consistently upgrading its facilities, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The location is excellent, right on West Yan'an Road in the Hongqiao Development Zone

The surrounding commercial area is well-developed, making dining options and food delivery extremely convenient, with Takashimaya and The Place (Nanfeng City) just a stone's throw away

It's also conveniently close to Nanfung City, Jinqiao International, and the Tianshan commercial area. I highly recommend staying here; the service attitude is excellent

During our first stay, breakfast was crowded, so we only went to the executive lounge. This time, we specifically visited the breakfast restaurant and found a much wider variety of options

Although it feels somewhat dated (it really shows in such a hi-tech city as Shanghai) and the public spaces are cramped (the gym gives claustrophobic vibes when there are more than 5 people in it), especially considering the size of the building and number of rooms - it may suit well for a conservative traveller, or if you have to stay in this particular area, or simply if you enjoy being among European...

I would like to give full marks to this hotel, this hotel is far more than value for money for me, thanks to Oliver manager and my contact and communication, let me have the most perfect stay in Shanghai, Oliver manager's excellent service attitude and concept, is a more outstanding highlight than location of the hotel, I will come again, look forward to meeting you again
