Also, a big thank you to the cleaning staff who, knowing I had a cold, provided me with many bottles of water. The breakfast was very plentiful, and the Japanese restaurant on the first floor served incredibly fresh food
The buffet restaurant downstairs was decent, and there were quite a few foreign chefs. In the room, everything was good except for those two basin faucets, which were a bit difficult to use
The room was spotless, and being on a high floor, we had a beautiful view of the riverfront. The breakfast was incredibly fresh and delicious. The service was professional and attentive
The only downside was that there was no window. Overall, it was pretty good, and the service was excellent. The lady who brought the extra duvet was particularly polite
From here, you get an unobstructed view of the subway, shopping malls, art museums, and the beautiful scenery along both banks of the Huangpu River
Special thanks to the guest relations team: Lynn, Minnie, Vivian, Lucki, and Lily, for their excellent service and warm greetings

We ended up having all three meals here every day! It was a perfect place to relax during our vacation, complete with a swimming pool and fitness center
I also went downstairs to inquire with other front desk staff during my stay, and they were all very nice. Although the guest rooms are a bit dated, they are generally clean, well-equipped, and the environment is quiet
Double Tree was very professional. They offered us parking space for our scooters and spoke really good English. Our room was clean and the water pressure was great. The AC was also working perfectly
It might be time to check on all the features of the bathrooms and fix or upgrade some of the appliances and furniture as well. We did not opt for the breakfast so we cannot comment on the food
The breakfast was perfectly to my taste, and the lobby offered thoughtful little snacks and hot tea. HEIDI's service, in particular, was incredibly warm and attentive
Facilities: Excellent
Cleanliness: Spotless
Environment: Very good
Service: Incredibly warm and welcoming

At check in, we were upgraded to a bund view room by a lovely receptionist, Kylie. Check in went very smooth and fast. Our stay was very enjoyable, thanks Dylan, Kylie and the team at Conrad
He even helped me to make lunch and dinner reservations at a few places, which was very kind and helpful despite the difficulty in making phone reservations in Chinese
Picking up from the hotel is safe for landing from the hotel parking lot. Be careful when driving from Longyang Road Station
The location of the hotel is right next to Nanjing road which is easily accessible to everything you need
One of the staff, Dylan, was amazing! Dylan was very helpful once we arrived at the hotel with our luggages an helped making sure our check in was done smoothly

Even more heartwarming, when the lobby manager, Eamon, saw us carrying our child with one hand and dragging luggage with the other, he proactively took all our bags and insisted on delivering them to our room
The hotel's location is excellent, and Jeffrey at the front desk was very professional. Definitely worth staying here again.
The front desk service was incredibly attentive. Check-in was efficient and welcoming, and they proactively provided a super detailed introduction to all the facilities
The service was excellent; KOI at the front desk saw I was with elderly parents and upgraded us to a room with a better view, and even gave us complimentary welcome fruits
Along the way, he quietly mentioned the breakfast times for the next day. Upon reaching our room door, he carefully organized the luggage by category
The gym had a full range of equipment and was clean, making for a perfect workout experience

The room was Ok, it came with a TV a bed and small couch on the side and a bathtub. The hotel also came with a sauna, a giant pool and a hot jacuzzi. A bit outdated feel and service good but not excellent
This is a five-star hotel with a budget hotel experience. The towels were frayed, the curtains wrinkled, and the sofa untidy. The elevator noise kept me from sleeping. Personally, I wouldn't stay here a second time.
The room was spacious, and the window was incredibly wide, offering a great view! The weather was perfect – cold but sunny, with the rising sun casting brilliant rays, a beautiful omen! The revolving restaurant had delicious food, and the seating arrangement was very comfortable
The facilities are more comprehensive and well-maintained than your average hotel, and the price is quite reasonable. Compared to other newer hotels, I definitely recommend staying here
The Shanghai restaurant around the corner downstairs also had great food. Getting around was quite convenient. I even got to see the Shanghai sunrise in the morning!
The room was clean and offered city views. However, the assigned room wasn't facing the direction shown in the pictures, even though it was on a higher floor

And the Chinese buffet for breakfast was quite amazing as well - there are enough ingredients and plates that one could consider a typical continental breakfast with two caveats: there is no cheese and the yoghurt is watery
Should be one of the best hotel at the region.
The rooms at Fuyue Hotel are large, well-equipped, clean and sanitary. The room was filled with extra water and paper towels, and high-quality fruits were provided
Facilities: It's considered a decent option in Songjiang District, suitable for business trips. The location is good, though the facilities are a bit older. Hygiene: The room was quite clean
I had to double up on coffee to survive the jet lag and the maid Miss Yang (杨水莲) whom I never actually saw in person took note and left me extra bags of instant coffee with a kind note
An old hotel with good service. The guy at the door saw that we had a lot of things and helped us carry them. 5-meter bed for 2 adults and 2 children. It was OK for 4 people to sleep

Returned to Grand Hyatt again~ This stay was great, the service was superb! Anisa was very patient and helped us arrange rooms in advance. Both rooms were on the same floor with nice views. The rooms were clean and tidy
The hotel is very new and luxurious, and the woody scent is delightful. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and even upgraded me to a Pearl River View room, which also included a complimentary breakfast
Had a fantastic stay! The room offered an unobstructed, front-row view and was very clean and comfortable. The indoor heated pool was large, with crystal-clear water at a perfect temperature
The service was absolutely amazing, especially Lorna! She called ahead to arrange our room and, after learning it was my girlfriend's and my anniversary, she thoughtfully prepared a cake and a small gift

The afternoon tea on the 58th floor offered the most breathtaking sunset views!
My son was thrilled to see his old elementary school again, feeling a rush of childhood memories after eight years
The service was good and the location was convenient, though the hotel itself is a bit old. The room facilities were complete, but even with the AC off, it was still too hot. The night view was also very beautiful.

There was a slight delay during check-in on New Year's Day due to a system issue, but the hotel promptly offered complimentary afternoon tea on the executive floor and completed our check-in there, which was a fantastic recovery
As a hotel management professional, I found the rooms to be clean, tidy, and comfortable, making this my top choice for business trips to Shanghai. I'll definitely be staying here again
The room service was quick and the maids were polite. I already recommended my colleague to stay in the same hotel. The only thing that not perfect is the size of the room. It was much smaller than Hilton in Suzhou
Facilities: High-end
Cleanliness: Spotless

The surrounding area is bustling with malls, diverse dining options, former residences of famous people, and unique exhibitions, all easily accessible by metro, bus, or on foot

The room was fantastic, elegant, and beautiful, and the river view was stunning! The breakfast was also rich and varied each day. This isn't my first stay here, and every time the experience is great
The hotel's service consistently maintains a high standard. The room decor is exquisitely designed, very upscale yet highly practical. The breakfast is superb and incredibly delicious
Amazing river views from the windows. Room is large and designed with the taste. This hotel certainly has a pick. Fresh juices for the breakfast also made my stay.
Angel's service was also very thoughtful. Thank you very much! I always recommend it to my family and friends

I stayed here for one night during my four-day, three-night trip, and it was the happiest stay. The hotel's lion mascot is adorable, the room is spacious and very clean, and the service was super good
Booked an Executive Suite with my husband for New Year's Eve. We ate all our meals in the lounge. The Ritz-Carlton Club Level benefits for two were excellent; I'd highly recommend it to friends and family.
The location is excellent, right on West Nanjing Road, Jing'an Temple, and Kerry Centre. There are also many great restaurants downstairs from the hotel, and Plaza 66 is right next door
It's perfect for business trips or tourism. I heard they also have long-term rentals, so if you work nearby and have the budget, staying here would be incredibly comfortable
Huge thanks to this classic hotel for their service ❤️❤️❤️
On another note, during lunch, I overheard some high-tier member complaining endlessly about the lounge food
The staff in the executive lounge were very professional, always observing our preferences. It was a wonderful experience, very kind and friendly towards seniors

The kids' club and swimming pool are definite highlights here, and the breakfast spread is quite good too. It's super convenient that the hotel is connected to the mall
Plus, the subway station is right next door, making it really easy to get around
The facilities are complete, the hygiene is clean and tidy, the environment is comfortable, the service attitude is good, the transportation is convenient, and the shopping and dining are all great 👍 Highly recommended, a must-have for business trips and tourism!
The hotel is connected to a mall, and there's also a children's play area inside, making dining and entertainment extremely convenient and plentiful. You don't even need to leave the hotel. Breakfast is a buffet.
Not only are the rooms old and dated, but when I checked in, there was some kind of corporate event going on, and it was utter chaos – worse than a marketplace! Waiting for the elevator took a solid half hour, and there was no staff present to manage or direct anyone
The whole check-in experience was terrible, and I really regret trying to save a buck by booking this hotel (it wasn't even cheap once you factor in parking, breakfast, and amusement park fees)

Back from my trip to Shanghai! It was a bit chilly, but the overall experience was good. I booked last minute and checked many hotels for a family room, and this was the only one that had availability
The clown did a great job interacting with every single child
The price was a bit high due to the Chinese New Year
Large tub in the middle, in front of the window. Good selection of international cuisine in the main restaurant. Other restaurants in the hotel, ie. Great place to stay if you want to walk around Shanghai
The location is convenient, and transportation is easy to access. The hotel breakfast is decent, and it's a good place for a casual getaway with family.

Great location, and the manager was really friendly and helpful with everything. They even assisted with receiving packages and storing luggage. Plus, the tea room downstairs had reasonable prices.
Parking was a bit tight, but the security guard thoughtfully helped me find a spot in the slightly worn-out underground garage
I was really pleased with the warm service from the tall, bespectacled middle-aged gentleman standing next to the young lady at the front desk. The room was clean and tidy, and it offered great value for money
What I appreciate most is how clean and tidy the bathroom and washroom are. This time, the front desk gentleman who checked me in was very nice and patiently answered my few small questions
An established hotel with a cozy vibe and excellent location, boasting a touch of old-money charm. The breakfast spread is extensive, offering great value for the price
Just half a month later, I'm back to enjoy some leisure time. Hongqiao Hotel stands tall in Shanghai, with clouds gracefully reflected in its glass

The butler was incredibly thoughtful, contacting me in advance to reserve a high-floor room and even helping us extend our check-out time so we could rest before heading to our next destination! The bedding was comfortable, breakfast was abundant, and the views, both inside and out, were absolutely stunning! Thumbs up! 👍👍👍
A must-stay hotel in Shanghai! The Grand Hyatt Jin Mao is always my first choice, and I highly recommend it to all my friends visiting Shanghai! Compared to other hotels, it offers excellent value for money! I'll definitely be back
The transportation is convenient, and the service is warm and attentive. It's a shame I didn't get to try the dining, but I hope to make up for it next time
I heard the one on the 56th floor was more extensive, but I didn't go. The hotel's only real perk is its proximity to the Oriental Pearl Tower, offering tower views. Check-out was fast, but the service was quite poor
When I spoke to the front desk agent, she kept her head down, busy on the computer, and her attitude and tone were dismissive. She wouldn't even look up at me
Breakfast is served in two restaurants; the one on the 80-something floor had fewer options, but the taste was good, leaning Western with many cold dishes

They've made some noticeable improvements too – before, there were often many people at the entrance without a doorman, but now they have one. Even the elevator entrances are staffed, which is a nice touch, haha!
This is my go-to hotel when I'm on a business trip to Hongqiao! As soon as I entered the lobby, the New Year's atmosphere was right there! Great service, wonderful ambiance, delicious food, a good night's sleep, and a happy mood – even sealed the deal! Thanks to Yangtze River for bringing such good luck! What a great start to the New Year!
This is indeed an old Shanghai brand hotel, and both the soft and hard facilities are excellent. It's not far from Nanfeng City, Jin Hongqiao, and Tianshan commercial areas, just a little over a 10-minute walk
The service is excellent, thanks to Angela. This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in town for work. I choose this place specifically for the great service, it's consistently good
Huge thanks to Yangtze River Hotel for such a warm and top-notch experience! I booked two deluxe king rooms and was initially a bit worried after seeing some negative reviews
I'm planning a full buyout of a hotel for a family trip later, so I wanted to compare the Hongqiao and Yangtze River hotels. This time I stayed at the Yangtze River first

This isn't my first business trip to Shanghai, but it's my first time staying at the Grand Park City Hotel. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street and the Bund
Had a delightful stay at the hotel! It's super convenient for both business and leisure travel. Starry Cui from the front desk proactively followed up and enthusiastically helped me arrange my next visit
The breakfast was also quite substantial, but for a Crowne Plaza hotel of this caliber, that's pretty much what you'd expect — decent, but nothing extraordinary
My friends and I stayed in rooms 1608 and 1616. The housekeeping staff on the 16th floor were very thorough and enthusiastic with their cleaning. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit
This time the room (and bath) were clean. The staff were friendly enough and some spoke English really well. Overall a good experience and it’s the second stay in a month and third stay overall
Transportation is also very accessible. Manager Sunny at the front desk provided incredibly professional service, explaining everything we needed with great detail and patience

The next day, the room cleaning and towel replacement services were prompt, efficient, and well-executed. The hotel breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious food, and ample stock
It turned out to be an incredibly wise decision! The hotel is conveniently located in the elegant Biyun area, surrounded by a mature commercial district with numerous restaurants
The hotel rooms are spacious with fresh air, tastefully decorated, and feel very welcoming. The bedding was exceptionally clean, tidy, comfortable, and functional, clearly showing that the housekeeping is top-notch
