Everything was absolutely wonderful, the environment is truly beyond words! It was stunning! On our way out, after checking out, as we were driving off, there was a puddle in the basement parking lot

The executive lounge's breakfast and dinner were exquisite and delicious, and the drinks were great too, all while enjoying amazing views. I stayed for three nights and had a wonderful trip

We’ve enjoyed the stay in Shangri-La. The hotel was a bit overcrowded (the dates we’ve checked in was also the dates of APEC forum), but we didn’t feel it overall

I visited during the May Day holiday. The front desk service was good, and the room was clean. The cleaning staff were friendly and thorough. I loved the beautiful view from the room, especially the night view

Special thanks to Winnie, the lovely lady at the front desk, who gave us a little gift when we checked out. Our child was absolutely thrilled! We will definitely choose to stay at Shangri-La again next time

From the ready-to-use children's slippers and toothbrushes to the adorable yellow duck decorations, my baby absolutely loved watching the boats come and go on the river from behind the large French windows

And the Chinese buffet for breakfast was quite amazing as well - there are enough ingredients and plates that one could consider a typical continental breakfast with two caveats: there is no cheese and the yoghurt is watery

My recent stay at the Shanghai Fuyue Hotel in Songjiang New City exceeded my expectations. It's a high-value luxury hotel. Upon arrival, the grand, high-ceilinged lobby immediately caught my eye

The decor is opulent and tasteful, with magnificent chandeliers and lush greenery creating a fantastic ambiance – someone even joked, 'I thought I was in Macau!' Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were gentle and friendly, offering welcome tea and a complimentary upgrade to a room on the 28th floor

The room itself was spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows providing great natural light and expansive views. Being on a high floor, I could overlook the Songjiang scenery and the hotel's large lawn

The room was immaculately clean, with no unpleasant odors in the corners. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the shower water temperature was stable, and the wet/dry separation design was very convenient

Overall, the Shanghai Fuyue Hotel maintains high standards in terms of hardware facilities, cleanliness, and service. The price is also more affordable compared to similar hotels in downtown Shanghai

I was staying at the hotel because the function I was attending was located there. That being said, I am glad because I had a really enjoyable stay. The room, executive lounge, and spa amenities were wonderful

I can’t recommend Shanghai Marriott Marquis City Centre enough, largely thanks to Cora, the Guest Service Manager. She went above and beyond to make our family’s stay special

This is an eager five-star review, starting with a special shout-out to Bernie and Grace at the Executive Lounge for their exceptional help and superb coffee! All the other staff were also very nice, and the desserts by the plump chef at breakfast were incredibly amazing

Stayed at this hotel for a two-night, three-day trip during the May Day holiday. The service was pretty good, and check-in went smoothly. However, the soundproofing is terrible

**Room and Facilities:** I stayed in a spacious Deluxe City View King Room with a well-thought-out layout. The bed was wonderfully soft and comfortable, ensuring I got a full night's rest after a busy day

Doors slamming shut are incredibly loud – 'bang, bang, bang' – and you can hear every word clearly when people are talking in the hallway. On top of that, I lost some valuables in the hotel

The front desk is on the 25th floor, and the greeters downstairs are really sharp and attentive. The front desk staff are efficient, thorough, and patient. My room was very spacious, and all the amenities were complete

This prime location makes it incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and transportation. Food deliveries are left in a special locker on the first floor, so guests need to pick them up themselves

As for the subway, it generally stops around 11 PM and resumes service around 6 AM. I'm a light sleeper who often needs sleeping pills, but I didn't find the noise level too bothersome; it was acceptable

He was very diligent; I just told him what I needed restocked, and he made sure to provide it, and he cleaned the room exactly as I requested. I really appreciate his excellent service

The next morning, around 10 AM, the housekeeping uncle came by to ask if I had any laundry for dry cleaning. I didn't, so I asked him to clean my room

The hotel beds, especially the pillows, are very comfortable. I have back and neck issues, but I slept soundly for two nights with no discomfort

The hotel is clean and tidy with excellent facilities. Daisy at the front desk upgraded our room, and Diana and Quan-G provided wonderful service. IVY and Evelyn were also very patient

The neon lights nearby are incredibly cinematic, and besides the great location, the hotel staff are fantastic, especially Ivy, Evelyn, and Thena, who provided very attentive service

The location is very convenient, and the staff, Freya, CICI, and IVY, are very responsible. Freya, in particular, made a great impression during check-in

Overall, pretty good! For those driving, make sure to go to the first counter at the front desk to register your license plate and get a parking voucher

What a unique stay! The staff were especially warm and patient, and the room was really nice. I loved the shampoo, and they even give out welcome gifts. I really love Conrad! Diana Lily Quain G provided excellent service

At check in, we were upgraded to a bund view room by a lovely receptionist, Kylie. Check in went very smooth and fast. Our stay was very enjoyable, thanks Dylan, Kylie and the team at Conrad

Lovely hotel in a great location. The room was large, clean and we had a great view. The breakfast buffet was varied and generous. Overall a good stay, and easy to get around Shanghai from the hotel

Our 3-day, 2-night stay was exceptionally comfortable and pleasant. My son and I have already made plans to return here for the ***** New Year next year to celebrate the holiday again

  Only recommendations would be to have proper barista-made coffee available (there was just one machine for everyone to use, or filtered American-style coffee that no one wanted) and also relaxing the rules around the use of the pool

The executive lounge on the 38th floor was equally delightful, with its expansive floor-to-ceiling windows providing panoramic views of the city at night

The facilities are brilliant — the indoor pool is open year-round, and the large windows let in so much natural light that it hardly feels indoors at all

My son and I specifically chose the Kunlun Hotel to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival this year

However, the hotel's indoor equestrian center was a real highlight. It boasts over a dozen horses and a good number of riding instructors, making it an excellent spot for horse riding, especially during the summer

My recent booking at the BoPai hotel also didn't let me down; I consistently receive room upgrades, which is truly commendable. I will definitely continue to choose Greenland hotels for my future stays

The service was attentive and warm. It's convenient for Pudong transfers, and breakfast starts as early as 4 AM. The environment is lovely, with sea views and a horse ranch. A great choice!

They offer a shuttle service to/from Pudong Airport. The library lounge boasts an extensive collection of books, and the staff are all incredibly warm and friendly.

Returned to Grand Hyatt again~ This stay was great, the service was superb! Anisa was very patient and helped us arrange rooms in advance. Both rooms were on the same floor with nice views. The rooms were clean and tidy

Had a fantastic stay! The room offered an unobstructed, front-row view and was very clean and comfortable. The indoor heated pool was large, with crystal-clear water at a perfect temperature

Had a wonderful trip! We were celebrating a 70th birthday, and the hotel arranged room decorations, welcome fruits, a cake, and a birthday card. The attention to detail was exceptional

This Ritz-Carlton is the first one in China, and although it's older, the facilities are very well-maintained. The room size is smaller than other Ritz-Carltons, but 38 square meters is still perfectly adequate

The room isn't huge, but it meets hygiene standards. Nothing particularly amazing, but the gym equipment is complete and excellent! It would be even better if smart technology were installed in the rooms.

It was super convenient for me to get to the children's hospital in the morning, just a ten-minute walk. The hotel seems to have high occupancy, and breakfast on the second floor was much quieter

This time, there were a lot of foreigners staying here. The couple across the hall even went out at 4 AM, and the sound of their door opening was quite loud – really something else!

We are all very well takened care off especially since it's a new hotel, it's incredibly aesthetic and comfortable. We particularly loved the lap pool and spent every evening swimming laps after our day out

The sauna and steam are well maintain. Also a big kudos to the front service staff. They helped me with some online ordering using their personal local number. Thank you Kimi Zhang for your personal touch

Service: There was barely any service, and the staff lacked passion and hospitality. Room: A standard and clean room, but nothing particularly noteworthy. QT Dinner Set: The food was average, but the dessert was perfect

Nice location near centre, but not in the crowded place. Extremely high variety of meals for breakfast, for every taste. Clean and silent.

The room was Ok, it came with a TV a bed and small couch on the side and a bathtub. The hotel also came with a sauna, a giant pool and a hot jacuzzi. A bit outdated feel and service good but not excellent

This is a five-star hotel with a budget hotel experience. The towels were frayed, the curtains wrinkled, and the sofa untidy. The elevator noise kept me from sleeping. Personally, I wouldn't stay here a second time.

The room design is a bit dated. The hotel's name is 'New Jinjiang,' which is quite a misnomer, as it's not new at all! 😄 It's conveniently located near the business district with easy access to transportation

The hotel is connected to a mall, and there's also a children's play area inside, making dining and entertainment extremely convenient and plentiful. You don't even need to leave the hotel. Breakfast is a buffet.

I booked a family room, and Elio proactively reached out before our stay to discuss our needs. I mentioned we had a young baby and safety was a priority, especially regarding glass items and bed rails

While there wasn't a huge amount for younger babies to do in the kids' play area, the service and facilities were excellent, and the air quality was much better than at Nailbao

The facilities are complete, the hygiene is clean and tidy, the environment is comfortable, the service attitude is good, the transportation is convenient, and the shopping and dining are all great 👍 Highly recommended, a must-have for business trips and tourism!

I’ve stayed at the Westin Bund Center a couple of times now. It’s a great choice if you wanna show off to visitors. The views are lovely (even if you don’t get to see the bund)

Back from my trip to Shanghai! It was a bit chilly, but the overall experience was good. I booked last minute and checked many hotels for a family room, and this was the only one that had availability

The location is close enough to walk to the Bund, East Nanjing Road, and Yu Garden. It’s a great spot if you don’t have a lot of time in Shanghai & need to see some highlights

The hotel's location is excellent, close to everything. The decor and design are luxurious and grand. Upon check-in, we were charged a small upgrade fee and received a spacious suite, which made us feel right at home

To get taxi was fairly easy especially the bellboys (Isaac and Joe) just waited willingly in the cold winds for them for us and other guests. We greatly appreciate the dedication from them

The experience at Shanghai Yujing Grand Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The location is superb, with a stunning view of Lujiazui's dazzling nightscape right outside the window

It's been a while since I last stayed at Yu Jing, and it's still as good as ever! The transportation is convenient (direct subway access), and the room is clean

I much prefer the Grand Hyatt Jin Mao, which doesn't have double-layered glass curtain walls or railings outside the windows, offering a much better view

Returned for a 2nd visit to Shanghai and returned to the Grand Hyatt. The hotel is atop the elegant Jin Mao tower. The rooms are clean and comfortable and most have grand views over the city

Initially, I was worried the hotel might be too old, so I booked the J Hotel at Shanghai Tower across the street instead

The third picture was taken from J Hotel, and I always felt a bit caged in, somewhat claustrophobic

The rooms are incredibly spacious, and most importantly, they don't feel dirty despite their age; in fact, they feel exceptionally clean, especially the towels, which were very clean and new

With the Grand Hyatt being more than half the price, I feel it's a more reliable choice
