This is an older five-star hotel right by Tianfu Square, and because of that, the room amenities definitely show their age. Also, the room cleaning wasn't very thorough; there was visible dust in many places. The staff service was decent though; check-in and check-out were both quick and efficient.

Excellent stay, very comfortable and quiet. The service was great – I brought some local Chengdu snacks and didn't have a bag, but the staff kindly helped me find one. The robot delivery service was also very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Plus, the location is fantastic, right next to two metro stations, making it easy to get anywhere. The gym is also really good!

Front desk Customer service is fantastic and friendly but the condition of the hotel room seriously needs some upgrading, definitely not 5 star as shown on Trip.com, more like 3 star quality. Requested a smoke free family room but was given a room that smell of smoke, too tired to request a change of room so just bare with it for the night.

The hotel's location is super convenient, really close to Chunxi Road and Tianfu Square. They even have a delivery robot that brings takeout right to your room, which is a nice touch. The front desk staff (or 'butlers' as they call them) were very helpful. Plus, there's a free self-service laundry room on the first floor. Everything was great!

This was my second stay at this hotel. The first time was for a business trip, and this time I came on my own. Overall, it's still very good. The breakfast is extensive, and the rooms offer great value for money. Even though the hotel has been open for many years, I'd still choose to stay at this established five-star hotel for the price. My only complaint is that I requested a non-smoking room, but after checking in and getting to the room, there was a strong smell of smoke. I then had housekeeping take care of it.

The hotel boasts an excellent location right in the city center, making transportation convenient. It's not too far from Chunxi Road and Kuanzhai Alley, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. They have a parking lot, and the staff were very helpful with directing parking. The rooms are clean and well-maintained with complete facilities, and the bedding is very comfortable. The staff provides warm and welcoming service, and the breakfast spread is incredibly rich and varied.
