The hotel boasts a prime location, very close to Tianfu Square Metro Station, making it super convenient to get to Chunxi Road. The breakfast was also excellent and plentiful. However, there was no communication from staff before my arrival, and during check-in, I wasn't informed about breakfast details. I also had to carry my own luggage to the room. Overall, the service aspect definitely fell a bit short.

This was my first time booking a Marriott, and the experience was great! The room was very clean and spacious. The service was excellent. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. It's also very close to the metro station, so getting around is super convenient.

The hotel is luxurious, and the rooms are spacious and bright, with butler service. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Chunxi Road. The breakfast is rich and exquisite. Overall, it's very good, and I would choose Marriott again next time.

The hotel is conveniently located on Chunxi Road, just a 3-5 minute walk to the metro station. My stay this time was fantastic! The concierge added me on WeChat beforehand to greet me and recommend a ton of great food. Upon arrival, the overall experience was also excellent; the service was warm and welcoming, and the staff member主动 helped me with my luggage. The front desk lady was also very efficient. The hotel breakfast was delicious, the coffee was great and even had latte art, and everyone was smiling and provided enthusiastic service. Just a few steps downstairs to Chunxi Road, there are so many delicious food options. Ordering takeout is super easy, and if you don't want to go down, a robot delivers it. Although you have to transfer elevators to go upstairs, it felt very secure. Overall, it was great!

Exceeded expectations! I was worried that an older hotel might have outdated facilities, but that wasn't the case at all. The location is fantastic, right next to Chunxi Road. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was good, especially the Guokui (a type of flatbread)!

The cleanliness was exceptional. The entire room, including the bedding and bathroom, was spotless and fresh. The public areas and even the garden/vegetable patch were maintained to a very high standard, showing great attention to detail. The ambiance is elegant and grand, and the central location makes getting around incredibly convenient. The garden offers a quiet, refined atmosphere, where you might even spot some cute cats. The executive lounge is peaceful and comfortable, contributing to an overall wonderful vibe. Michelle, our butler, was attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay, responding promptly to all requests. The turndown service with chocolates was a lovely, heartwarming touch. The facilities are excellent and provide a great experience. The in-room mini-fridge was complimentary, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, with beautifully presented coffee art and authentic local noodles.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Chengdu Museum and Sichuan Science and Technology Museum, and also close to Chunxi Road. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options; my child loved the Western-style breakfast while I enjoyed the Chinese dishes, so it catered to both our tastes. The bathtub was spotlessly clean. Upon checkout, they even gave us a panda plushie! My child said they want to stay here again next time.

She not only patiently recommended local Chengdu attractions and authentic cuisine but also showed genuine warmth and enthusiasm, truly reflecting the high standards of a luxury hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making our stay pleasant and worry-free. Michelle's heartwarming service truly enhanced our trip.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the facilities are great too. The bed was super comfortable, and they even upgraded my room. The staff were very attentive, cleaning twice a day, and the mini-bar was complimentary – I'm very satisfied.
