Unlike other hotels that ask for good reviews upon check-out, Renhe Spring is one of those rare hotels that I spontaneously remembered to give a good review to a couple of days after leaving. The hotel's service was both responsive and genuinely friendly, and the room amenities and toiletries exceeded expectations for the price point. Although the breakfast didn't offer a huge variety, the quality and taste were excellent. In short, it's a hotel that, while not boasting stunning design, is incredibly comfortable to stay in.

Just two minor suggestions:
1. I recommend replacing the hairdryer with a more powerful one. There are affordable and good quality domestic brands available. My daughter's hair took ages to dry with the Philips one.
2. A small soap dish would be a nice addition.

These are very minor issues and don't detract at all from the hotel deserving a 5-star rating.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Chengdu. The facilities are upscale and simple, and the breakfast is exceptional. It's also very close to Huanhua Stream and Du Fu Thatched Cottage, which is perfect for me as I love to run.

The hotel was very satisfying. From breakfast to cleanliness and staff attitude, everything was great. We stayed for three nights because we felt so comfortable. The two 1.5-meter beds were perfect for a family of four.

This is an older, established hotel, and overall it's quite good. It's clean and tidy, and the breakfast is plentiful. The only downside is that there's some construction for the subway right outside the entrance, making it a bit messy. Otherwise, everything else is fine. The Starry Sky restaurant has a really warm vibe, haha 😄

I frequently stay here. The rooms are spacious and quiet, and the location is convenient for transportation. Xiao Shu provided professional service and quickly resolved my issues. Highly recommend!

One of the best hotels I’ve been too, great breakfast. They had an amazing gym was so big with every equipment needed. Room was cosy and spacious. Would definitely stay again!

This is definitely one of the best value-for-money five-star hotels in Chengdu. I originally didn't have high expectations and only booked for one night, but after checking in, the experience was great, so I decided to stay here for the rest of my Chengdu trip. Du Fu's Thatched Cottage is about a ten-minute walk away, and there's a bus stop right outside. The metro station isn't far either. Next door is the Renhe Spring Department Store, which has Hema Fresh, Starbucks, and Holiland, making dining, living, and transportation all very convenient. Plus, their gym is really good, with a large space and complete equipment. I didn't go into the swimming pool, so I'm not sure about that.

The room was incredibly satisfying, and the service quality was excellent. It's also conveniently located right next to Du Fu Thatched Cottage, making transportation very easy. There's a Hema Fresh supermarket on the ground floor of the hotel, which was super convenient for buying fruits, milk, and snacks for the kids.
