This is our second stay at the Wyndham Grand Chengdu. The sky lobby on the 32nd floor is really unique, and they even sell panda plushies and other souvenirs, which is super convenient if you want to get something for the kids. The room was spacious and clean, definitely up to five-star standards, and the pool facilities were great too. Highly recommended!

Fantastic stay! The room was spotless and well-maintained, with soft, comfortable bedding. All the amenities were in perfect working order, and the bathroom was odor-free – great attention to detail. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. They were also very responsive to our needs. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of facilities nearby.

Hands down the worst hotel ever. It kept getting colder at night, so I called engineering. The technician said some employee had locked the AC to the lowest temperature. Seriously, in December? In my friend's room, the paint was peeling and dripping water right above the toilet. We asked the front desk, and a woman there was so arrogant. My friend even had to ask her to apologize. She then said it was fixed. But it started dripping again in the afternoon. After that, they just told us to contact the platform we booked through. If you want bad facilities and terrible service, come here and get ready to be annoyed.
