From the moment we checked in, the staff were welcoming and patient. The room was also very well-equipped, with basic toiletries, air conditioning, and WiFi. It also had a comfortable sofa, great blackout curtains, and high-quality bedding. The attention to detail made my stay incredibly comfortable. They even gave us a special anti-fraud tip upon check-in. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in this city!

This stay was a truly amazing experience! The front desk lady was incredibly attentive. Even though I arrived very late due to travel delays, she was incredibly accommodating when we asked for a late check-out, agreeing to a 4:00 PM check-out. She was incredibly patient and gentle throughout, and didn't bother me at all. The room was impeccable, with clean bedding and no odors. The desks and corners were spotless, and all the amenities were in working order. Overall, it was a comfortable and secure stay, and the value for money was exceptional. I couldn't fault the service or the cleanliness. I'd definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to friends!

This hotel was a perfect end to our Yunnan trip! Highly recommended!
1. Attentive and thoughtful service: The front desk staff was very efficient and friendly. Since we had an early flight the next day, they thoughtfully reminded us of the airport shuttle schedule and even called us half an hour in advance, which was a huge relief.
2. Delightful breakfast: The breakfast menu was extensive, combining Chinese and Western cuisine, with hot rice noodles, various dim sum, and fresh fruit. It was delicious and the best breakfast we had on our Yunnan trip.
3. Convenient location: For travelers rushing to catch a flight, the hotel's location is a major advantage. Free airport transfers are available, and the passenger terminal is only 6 minutes away, making it incredibly convenient.

Forget about the service; the entire hotel is completely devoid of service and management.
The cleaning staff can ring the doorbell at will, and the front desk staff is like a summer worker.
The hotel is new, but I'm not sure if it has formaldehyde. It's not a non-smoking area, so don't stay if you're concerned.
My rating is that for a one-night stay around 150, it's acceptable. For more than one night, or at this price, I recommend looking elsewhere.

First, let me talk about the positives of this hotel: It's very new, newly renovated, with brand new facilities. It's not far from the airport, just off the highway and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.
And now, why I'm giving it a bad review: 1. I booked a business king room at 2 PM. When I arrived at 11 PM, they told me they didn't have a business king room reserved for me and gave me a standard room instead. The front desk even said they upgraded me??? They were clearly trying to trick me. I don't think it was even a business twin room, but a standard room. It was really okay.
2. As soon as I entered the room, there was a strong odor—clearly, they hadn't removed the formaldehyde after the renovation. I slept there all night and felt dizzy.
3. When I entered the room at 11:35 PM, there was a child jumping up and down upstairs. I reported it four times, but the front desk didn't come up to look for him until 22 PM (I went up to the sixth floor myself and ran into the front desk). The front desk said the child was alone in the room and the parents were not there??? What kind of arrangement is this? 4. I had an early flight at 9:20 AM. The day before check-in, I asked if I could have breakfast. The front desk said they could come down ten minutes early and help coordinate. However, when I arrived at 6:50 AM, the driver was already rushing me and wouldn't even let me go to the restaurant for dinner. The airport drop-off was incredibly punctual...
In summary, if you're looking for a spacious, newly renovated hotel, this is a good option. However, the front desk staff is clearly undertrained, and when there are too many guests, they're clearly overwhelmed. This is my first negative review on Ctrip.

This stay at XX Hotel truly exceeded my expectations!
The lobby is beautiful.
From the moment I entered the lobby, the staff was incredibly welcoming. Check-in was quick, and they proactively explained the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions, making for a truly thoughtful and caring experience. The room was clean and tidy, with excellent lighting. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly. The bathroom had a nice dry/wet area, plenty of hot water, and toiletries. There was also a work area, which was a truly thoughtful touch.
I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in the area, and I recommend it to anyone planning a trip.

It is well equipped with a gym, tea room, breakfast room, conference room, parking lot, and charging piles. It is very convenient and fast to drive here. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and there is a super large mirror. I like it very much. It is equipped with all smart shampoo and shower gel. These are quite good.
